SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Jasper

clean, well lit, good breakfast, comfy beds, pet friendly

i found it slightly difficult to find/access property, as it was behind an engine manufacturing building. Also, the key cards were only sporadically working to unlock exterior doors for all guests, which was a pain for everyone & led to guests having to walk around building from door to door & propping exterior doors open, which could’ve been a safety issue.

coffee pot in room wasn’t very good. pool was tiny and so was the workout room which were the two main reasons I chose this place over others. it does have a hot tub though but it’s hot in the room itself where the pool is. we didn’t utilize the pool area. we did use the workout room but only for 20 minutes. not big enough to do much.

The location was convenient, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and breakfast was plentiful. The placed appealed to the eye and they are making an effort to meet their guests needs.

The overall room and bath could have been cleaner but the basics were taken care of. The chairs have probably never been wiped down, vacuumed or cleaned. The carpet in the stairs was pretty dirty and stained. The access road was being resurfaced so it was hard to find the entrance but well worth it in the end.

Anyone who complains about Surestay should also make an appointment at the mental health clinic to get their head examined. The complainers sometimes make it hard for those of us who don't complain about everything to find a good place. What a great place ! Included are hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports in your room, and here's a shocker: coffee and half and half in the lobby at 6 AM ! This as well as a coffee pot in every room. Very nice breakfast too and the toaster toasts a bagel in a minute or 2 as opposed to 15 minutes for warm bread. The place is spotless, has the best appointed lobby pantry with all your snack, beverage and toiletry needs, beer and I guess mixed drinks by the looks of it, a gaming area for the kids, fitness center, about 5 various pillows per bed, lots of bathroom towels and toiletries. Quiet with no slamming doors. Shower is luxury. Bed comfort is perfect. Grounds are clean. There's an outdoor smoking patio for those who need it. Location is excellent, no worries about safety. Bona fide review here. Book with confidence.

location and staff were very friendly, checking in and out was fast

Had to switch rooms do to ants, which staff was great about it. 2nd room bath tub / Shower area cleanliness was lacking but it worked out.

I enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub very much, of course. The few arcade games are a great idea to have a little fun and play around as if we were kids again. The immediate service and cleanliness is a great thing to be around.

I would request an option to watch Netflix or something like a Bluetooth box or Roku boxes to hook up to for those who have such things. The commercials are crazy on television!

The location seemed like it was a business district with car dealers and other large business around so you feel safe. There wasn't local traffic going through our area.

The grand kids wanted to swim in the small pool ages 6-9 and they had to share it with a large group of High School teenagers that were there with I think they said the FFA. Pool could be bigger.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was decent, the hotel looked updated.

The sheets felt cheap amd kept rolling off the bed, im also pretty sure the ceiling of my bathroom had mold or very odd looking dirt.

just a simple hotel with just about everything you Need

could be freshened up better, Glade plugins in the outlets & 1 of my room smelled funky but other one was fine

the people who manage it are wonderful! and the hotel is in a great location for where we go when we visit there.

sometimes the other guests are loud.
