The rooms were definitely the cleanest and nicest we have had for a long while. It was easy to get to, close to the highway, and also close to the area restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night!!

We loved the size and comfort of the bed. I truly enjoyed the architecture of the rooms themselves! Plenty of water pressure and a very nice kitchenette, Would definitely stay here again whenever we are close!!

Very clean! The staff are very nice & polite. Breakfast is probably the best I've had at any hotel. The room we got was my favorite, though. We have a family of 5, and we fit comfortably in our room. (2 queen beds & a pull out sofa)

Nothing that I didn't really like. I just wish there were already bed lenins in the room for the sofa couch, so I wouldn't have had to go back to the desk to ask for them.

Kids loved the breakfast and the pool. Room was very spacious. Staff was always kind and curteous—everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff!

Everything was very clean. My only complaint is the shower could have been cleaned better. There was still hair from previous guests. I always bring bleach to spray things down anyways so I just cleaned up before using.

Breakfast was a typical breakfast at a hotel.

The pull out couch my son had used had crumbs in the cracks and all sorts of thing under it. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to cleaning the couch and under it. I understand that not everyone uses the pullout but for the customers that do, they could be a little disappointed in the cleanliness.

Beautiful, spacious rooms... all the amenities I could want. Fantastic staff.

The salt water in the pool caused extreme distress. Eyes nearly swelled shut and vision was blurred for hours. But only me... my family only complained of some irritation.

Brand new facility, spacious room, clean/tidy and friendly staff. Excellent option within Richmond, IN

Nothing major - but pool was out of service due to maintenance. Breakfast closed at 9am on July 4th, instead of weekend timings until 10am

everything. wonderful hot breakfast with plenty of options, beds were comfortable, spacious room and nicely decorated, very clean, plenty of rags and towels, easy check in and out because it was all done on my phone, just an overall great experience

The “squishy” pillows. I prefer a firmer pillow. In defense of the property I didn’t ask if I had the option to change it out. If there is not that option, that might be something to make available to guests. If that option in in place then good job!

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Love the modern vibe and the room size.

Parking was a little crowded, perhaps the hotel was fully booked though. We didn't use the little kitchen in our room but the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher - the rest of the room seemed to be clean (hopefully) but it made us question how well they cleaned in general. The body wash in the shower was empty too.

The room smelled clean, the entire hotel was very nice.

There were 6 bath towels in the room but not enough wash cloths for the towels. The pool was very cold water, took our breath away.
