Great location! 5 to 10 Minute drive to anything in town. Recently remodeled. Very quiet even though the place was full! We stayed at a competitor a few months back when we were visiting…Butler Inn room was just as nice and HALF THE COST of the competitor. I received nightly text asking if they could do anything to make our stay better. I truly love the fact that they want their guests to have a pleasant experience. I had two issues during our stay…I sent a text to the front desk and both issues were resolved in under 15 minutes. When We were walking out in the mornings, housekeeping staff greeted us and asked if we needed services on our room each day. Honestly, we chose this place for this trip based on price. However, this will be our go to place when we visit our son in Grad school

The only thing I could think of at the moment is that it would be nice to have assigned parking spots for each room

This is a great little hotel for anyone looking to have more privacy than what you would typically get versus the larger hotels in Oxford. The staff are all incredibly friendly, and the housekeepers do a great job with stay-over service and overall room cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for them and their loved ones! They also have a beautiful garden and a fire pit which is an amenity I don’t think any of the other hotels offer!

Very clean and well maintained. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was great! Price was much more affordable than other choices in Oxford. This is a very good option if you just want a place to sleep without breaking the bank.

Parking was a little tight, and the room was a bit cold through the night, but otherwise no complaints.

Total cleanliness!! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner smelled fresh and clean also.

The floor in the bathroom, although clean, had an unusual slant which caused the door to stay open. There seems to be an underlying reason that needs to be repaired. Everthing else worked properly.

The rooms have hardwood floors and look like they have been recently updated. New fixtures and comfortable beds. Spacious rooms with the sink outside of the shower/bathrooms which is really nice when two people need to get ready at the same time.

Could use curtains in the room. The light from the parking lot at night is really bright and keeps the room a bit lit even with the blinds closed. The showers could either use doors or longer shower curtains as water easily found its way out of the shower onto the floor soaking the bathroom rug.

The location of the Butler Inn was perfect because it is located very close to the Miami University campus. I drove from Wisconsin to pick up my daughter. This was my second stay at the Butler Inn. I brought my pet both times and the accommodations are great!

The door to the room rubbed on the floor a little but everything else was great!

The upgrade to rooms is beautiful. Great pillows, crisp linens. Heating/cooling unit worked well and easy to adjust. There’s a nice mini fridge that is spacious, a small microwave and a 1 cup coffee maker. Even more expensive rooms at other places don’t have these amenities sometimes. Also, beds were 10/10! Very comfortable stay!

If it would have been winter, my unit would need to have a better seal around the door. But the door was secure with a good deadbolt and security chain!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and attractive with modern features. There was an assortment of pillows to meet all my needs. There was ample parking near my door.

Water pressure was a little low. Steps from room to parking lot were not uniform.

Staff were friendly, easy check-in, and room was very clean. Sheets were nice and warm, bathroom and shower was very nice. Provided soaps and conditioner. No bedbugs or anything gross! Mini fridge was a decent size. Would stay again!

Bed extremely comfortable, good internet, adequate amenities for the price.

Need room darkening shades too much light from parking lot.
