Comfort Suites - Vincennes

We arrived early, and were able to check in early. The employees at check-in were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the location, as it was easy to get into the center of town, and also we could just walk over to the Texas Roadhouse for supper. The pool was nice and our room was comfortable.

The breakfast room tables could have been cleaner and there was some dust in the room, especially on the bed lamp, but no major problems. We would have liked an overhead light in the room, because it was rather dim with just table lamps.

this is the only hotel that I travel to using Booking.com that says they cannot give me a receipt when I check out. Every other hotel I stay at gives me a receipt even though I have booked on Booking.com. How am I supposed to do my expenses if I can’t get a receipt showing I stayed at this hotel? There is even a box on the Booking.com site that you can check that says receive a receipt at check out and I checked that box and they still won’t give me a receipt. After I stayed there two weeks ago and they told me the same thing I called two days later and someone there emailed me a receipt but tonight they’re telling me they can’t do that.

Staff was really nice. Facility was very clean. Good location off the interstate. Able to find a room at the last minute. Beds were okay. Room was very clean. We appreciated the late shift man at the desk. He saw that the needs of our disabled daughter were met. Appreciated the friendly smile of the morning lady desk clerk as we checked out. Thank you both!

No elevator, but staff was able to find a room on the first floor for us with our daughter in a wheelchair.

The King Suite we had was way above what we expected. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant when we checked in and was very accommodating in getting my sisters room from the 3rd floor down to the first floor with us. We all really appreciated it.

We were only there one night so I really didn't see anything I disliked. There could be a little better signage on how to get back to the property but, it was still easy to find since we could see the huge sign up in the air.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. A relatively quiet A/C unit. Ability to use HDMI cable to connect my smartphone to the TV in the room and have it work!

The room smelled musty. We determined that the bad smell in the room came from the chlorine odor from the pool area. The odor from the pool permeates the dining area and makes for unpleasant dining.

I didn't eat at the facility, but it looked appetizing. I stay at this location frequently. I love the location. The staff is always pleasant and responsive. I travel alone frequently and always feel safe at this location.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfy and clean. Shower was huge. Easy check in and check out

I think hotel pools need to stay open longer. There’s no lifeguard on duty anyway so why not. Or even just have adult hours after 9 or 10

The lady that prepared breakfast each weekday morning was exceptional, she was friendly, food was good, and she kept the area clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and very friendly. The older couple that cleaned our room did an excellent job and were very nice. Overall experience was excellent and we will definitely recommend and will be staying again.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Loved that they let my daughter and grandbabies join us in the pool. That's why we were there to visit with them. Thank you.

Wasn't really impressed with the breakfast. It wasn't very hot and the cheese in the eggs wasn't melted. I know it's hard to cook for a lot of people, need to work on a solution for hotter foods.

We liked the security. The staff was nice and helpful. The hot breakfast was very welcome.

There were some weird noises, not sure if they were other rooms, showers or the elevator, but it wasn't too bad.
