This is our go-to hotel in Warsaw when we visit family! Hotel is very nice and clean! Staff is always great! And it’s dog friendly as well! The front desk staff gave our fur baby treats both days we were there! So sweet!

While not the hotels fault, the one downside we had on our trip was other guests. There were multiple trucks full of people drinking and smoking and yelling in the parking lot blocking spaces while kids ran around outside and in our hallways. Banging on multiple doors (including ours) at midnight. We called the front desk and they were great apologized and came up to try and find the kids. Other guests were looking in the hallways with my husband when the kids were banging on all the doors. Definitely startling and annoying while trying to sleep. Woke our dog and freaked him out. But it’s not on the hotel itself or workers. Everyone did what they could. Some guests however could be better people.

everything was great, the staff were helpful. My only complaint was with Booking.com. I tried to book the room, and some how got linked with Booking.com and I was extremely unhappy with this process. My daughter was in a softball tournament and ended up being done early and booking.com would not allow any changes to the reservation. I was extremely unsatisfied with this and will never use them ever again! I paid over $500 for one night. I will also tell everyone I know not to use Booking.com!

The hotel is newer and very clean and well kept! The staff were all VERY friendly. Free breakfast and coffee was a great perk too! We came with our little pup and everyone was so nice to him too! This is our 4th trip to Warsaw visiting family, and this is BY FAR the nicest hotel experience we’ve had out there and will definitely be using Tru going forward on all our trips to Warsaw/Winona Lake. The rooms were clean, there was no carpets either which we loved. Highly recommend!

The staff was very nice & helpful, answered any question I asked. The room was very clean, I had clean towels, The bed sheets were very clean. The beds were very comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly didn't think anything there was bad, I had a great stay & would most definitely stay here again. I wish I would have been able to stay for the breakfast but I had to go to work early & did not get to stay for it.

The hotel is new so everything is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Love the soap and shampoo containers and the bonus lotion one. The breakfast was great the one day it was served out of 3. The woman that took care of the breakfast was so kind. We were told at check in that breakfast was served until 10, its actually 9. We came down a little after 9 to eat and she let us take our time and eat. Didn't rush us at all. Very friendly

Be aware that if you reserve your room with a card, but want to pay cash when you get there, their policy is to leave an additional 250 dollar cash deposit. And the breakfast is not served on Sunday or Monday. Which we didn't know at check in. Otherwise everything else was great

Rooms were beautiful and well furnished. Amenities were great. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of varieties to offer. The location was great, as we travel that way often and were happy to see a new place to stay.

Our TV did not work. We had to spend the late afternoon and evening with no entertainment. Someone did come to our room to look at the TV, but could not get it to work. The hotel had been open for months and still the TV situation had not been solved. We also heard another guest complaining about the TV at the front desk.

This hotel is super whimsical! It's very cute and compact. I haven't experienced anything this different before. Love the newcomer in the neighborhood. I live in Michigan and travel to Warsaw once a month to see my sick dad.

I didn't want to find anything I "didn't like" but the shower was clearly not cleaned. There were pubes as well as other people's hair all over it and we hadn't showered in it yet. The house keepers need to realize, you work for "Hilton"...do better. The company also needs to put some photos of the room online. Also out tv didn't work, but we just ended up going to bed.

Clean with a cool vibe. We loved the fact there was no carpet in room. It wasn’t “frilly” but was more modern. Staff were very friendly. breakfast was great. Location is great if you want to get to downtown Winona Lake or downtown Warsaw in a few minutes. We didn’t at all mind there was no swimming pool.

Not a great view out of windows but it wasn’t terrible either.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff member that checked us in was very unfriendly and made us feel like we were bothering her to even check us in. The morning staff was completely different, they were very friendly and welcoming.

This was our first time at a Tru Hotel and it truly spoiled us for any other facility to stay at, We have traveled quite a bit, been on 20 plus arranged tours, etc. and we can honestly say this was the best hotel we have been to. Hope to find other sites for Tru in the future.
