Brook Pointe Inn

Location was amazing. Staff didn't mention breakfast or the dining room when we checked in. I didn't read the pamphlet until day two.

Coffee maker was really dirty inside. Gave it to the hostess and never received it back. She had me pay for a K cup rather than telling me coffee was in the dining room 😟

Large rooms, separate sink than bathroom, very clean, pet friendly, A/C was in excellent condition and kept us cool.

Mattresses are old and you can feel the springs. It's a good thing we were tired from our fun in the sun. Front desk: Gal at check in was easily distracted and had a hard time focusing on getting me checked in. There was no one there at check out, although I rang the "bell" 2x, so I left the keys on the desk. No mini frig or microwave. Too few electrical outlets.

Very nice Hotel with a huge green garden and fire place! A veeery nice Gnom Garden, make sure to see it! Nice breakfast! Nice staff, nice rooms!

there‘s absolutely nothing which we did not like!

The room was big and comfortable. I liked that their was actually enough shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair. The breakfast was excellent. I only wish I had more time to explore the grounds. However, I will be back to do just that.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable most of the staff was very nice.

Breakfast was supposed to be starting at 6:30, we went to the dining room at around 7 and it was all cold cereal. We were told that the cook was just arriving and we chose not to wait.

Finally real eggs for breakfast, made to order too, that was great.

some guy in another room had a very loud conversation on a phone I assume , in the middle of the night. that was just so rude. Aboutthe time I was ready to call front desk it was over.

The breakfast was kind of limited. Not a whole lot of selection.

Kids were running up and down the halls making a lot of noise and none of the staff did much about it.

The location was perfect! Also loved that breakfast was included - and made to order eggs!

Questioning the cleanliness…. hoping it was a fluke. one of the coffee cups was dirty and the shower gel bottle was empty

The only thing we didn’t care for was the room we’d booked and the room we were given were not the same room. We were wanting a room with 2 double beds and immstead got 1 double bed and a couch that folded out into a twin size bed.

Very quaint and somewhat secluded yet close to everything. Spacious room with awesome spa tub. Pool was the perfect temperature with showers and bathroom. 24 hour cafe with cold drinks and snacks near the lobby. Breakfast included made to order eggs. There were even board games to use!

No refrigerator in the room.
