Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Rapids

Everything about our stay was very nice and quite enjoyable with one very minor exception that would not be any reason to detract from our appreciation of the beautiful facility. From the kindness of the front desk staff to the comfort of our room, we would recommend this hospitable inn to our family and friends.

The little coffee water heating machine in our room did not work. When we reported this to the front desk staff, we were assured that housekeeping/maintenance would follow up and repair/reace the unit immediately. We have no doubt the issue was resolved the same day.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are also clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location is on north side and very convenient to my place of business. Price is a good value. Hotel close to many restaurants and services.

Quality of breakfast is so so. Some of the beverage machines were out of order and the food choices were limited.

This hotel was centrally located and close to everything we needed. During this pandemic, the hotel continued to provide a really nice buffet breakfast, we appreciated the late hour it ran to.

I can't say I didn't like anything. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean. The amenities provided were fantastic.

Great location.

I asked for a receipt upon check out. I was told that I was being charged by Booking.com, so they could not provide a receipt. When I received my credit card statement I was over charged by $35.00. When I called the property I was credited but without explanation for the charge. Please be careful and check statements or demand a receipt upon checkout.

Ms. Debra at the front desk was absolutely amazing to us and went above and beyond for my grand baby. She was truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice. We will stay again.

I like that they had free breakfast, did not have the chance to try it. Liked how spacious the room was. Liked the bathroom sink on the outside of the shower

The air could have worked better.

Gary the manager on staff completely went above and beyond for me during my stay even let me check in early and return to the room for forgotten belongings, worth the stay just for the staff not to mention the clean soundproof rooms

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

The breakfast was delicious and full of options (hot/cold) for during the week stay. The bed was super comfy! Loved the layout of the room. Clean. Easy access to hotel. Short distance to restaurants/stores.

The hot tub was no longer an option. The pictures on the website suggested otherwise.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. There was a large group of 40 or so teenagers there for breakfast but they managed to keep things stocked and clean. Will definitely return.

Nice breakfast options. The dining area was clean, open, and spacious.

The weather. But that couldn't be helped!
