Motel 6-Colby, KS

They complained when I plugged the toilet. $80 is more than I wanted to pay, but the location was perfect. I have been in town waiting on a new transmission. My van had to be towed everywhere, costing me $400 in all, hopefully refundable by AAA. There were too many close tornadoes. I got blisters because of a pair of shoes I never wore before. My transmission is being installed as I type. I live in my van, and have been here for almost three months. They sent the wrong torque converter, so I had to rent room. Hopefully the place that sent the wrong converter will pay for the rooms. Showers were hot and t.v. was giant. Microwave and small fridge w/freezer. Excellent. Thanks to the propriety! Sorry I ate so many bananas. It wasn't a whole roll.

Good room for a pheasant hunter. King-sized bed was very comfortable. It was cold out during the 3 day stay, so the in wall heater/ac was running quite a bit to keep the large-sized room at 72. I was in the furthest east room, so WiFi for computer was a little weak. Also took a little while for the hot water to get to that end, but was hot when it got there. Water-saver shower head was not very generous with the water. For $85/night, OK value. I did accidently leave my wallet at the counter. Employee returned it to me at my room. All credit cards and cash were still in it.

like the location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Parking was ample and within room window view. quality beds Great tv and channel selections.

could hear someone’s tv way past midnight. My guess that it was a neighboring room and extremely loud. I was super tired and tried the sleep around it.

Quiet. Our room was huge. I've lived in studio apartments that were smaller. The desk agent was super kind, in helping to assuage my fears. This will be my choice for a hotel the next time we head to Colorado.

Cannot complain about anything important

Beds were comfy.

Bathroom was tiny, requested first floor room because of handicap person. But the handicap person had a real hard time getting into and out of the bathroom. Also people walking in room above our heads sounded like they were stomping around with boots on. And when neighbors came in after 9 were laud and banged the door and startled us awake.

Location, price

I made a reservation thru booking. Com but the staff checked me in as a walk in so I was charged by both booking.com and Motel 6.

Clean room looked good. My hopes were not high and I was actually impressed.

Cracked sink. Needed more towels for two people.

I didn’t expect that they would have coffee but they did, in the lobby. Also, I wanted to watch MNF, and they tv was great and had ESPN!

A young lady at the front desk in the morning should have noticed there was no more coffee and made some more. Instead she was on her phone, but I asked another man and he made coffee right away.

Superb staff. Room was very comfortable and we'll maintained. Being adjacent to a travel center that has a great fenced pet area made this location even better

Cleanest Motel 6 I have ever stayed in even the parking lot was clean. I Def will stop again when traveling.
