La Quinta by Wyndham Dodge City

The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of choices of breakfast food. The location was great Easy to get to anywhere.

They messed up and gave us a double, instead of the deluxe king we had reserved. When we brought it to their attention, the lady who checked us in acted as if we were bothering her, she was clearly upset with us and told us there was nothing she could do. Even when we showed her our booking info. It clearly stated deluxe king. She was unwilling to work it out and make it right. 😟 Bad customer service!

The breakfast was very good. Food was fresh and hot.

We arrived at 1:30pm and was told we couldn’t check in without paying an additional $60! I thought that was a little excessive. Needless to say, we left and did not check in until later. Everything looked clean in the room except for the chair that had two dirty spots. If the chair can’t be cleaned it should be removed.

This had been our 5th day on the road and a different hotel every night. The price was fair, and the room was spacious. The air conditioner was Great. I did not wake up in the middle of the night hot. So got a good night's rest. The bed was very comfortable.

We are senior citizens, and 2 remotes for the tv was a bit much. We were able to find something to watch eventually.

Nice room! Clean and comfortable.

Outside of hotel was being renovated and there were piles of construction debris all over outside the front of the building. This was precarious for people entering, too say the least. Also, the construction workers were sitting right by the front door smoking, and guests had to walk through the smoke to get inside.

Size of the room was nice

They used fabuloso for cleaning and I mean they used A LOT!!!! The smell was so strong I coughed for 2 hours, couldn’t go to sleep, eyes were burning. It’s a day later and I’m still coughing! This product can be toxic and needs to be taken off the shelves! I HIGHLY suggest them to change cleaning products!

Location was easy to find, handy that it was close to restaurants. Was clean and a fair price.

It would have gotten an excellent ration except that the valve on the shower in our bathroom was broken and we were unable to use the shower and could only take a bath. This was a little unhandy as I am in a wheelchair and had to get down into the tub instead of using the shower seat. No complaints at all otherwise.

We had a schedule to meet and came down for breakfast at 6:00 AM. When the hotel says breakfast is at 6:00 AM it should be there ready to eat. The lady didn’t get it out until 6:30 and the eggs weren’t served until 6:45 AM! This set us back an hour.

Breakfast was wonderful, many choices and it was good food. Location was easy access. Beds were really comfortable. The best sleep we had on our vacation. Pet friendly was important to us. Very clean and nice facility!

The lamp by the beds needed a plug in outlet.

no facial tissue in room-not even an empty box. clerk behind the front desk could not provide a replacement box of tissue. wait time for elevator seemed excessive.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Felt safe. Couldn't hear any noise, and the hotel has lots of guests. Nice towels(always a plus)

Had a Jacuzzi room. It worked, but the drain was broke, but they will be replacing it soon.
