The staff was very helpful and accomendating. Located very near a McDonalds which was nice for my ice coffee runs. I did not use the pool so can not comment about that. Was clean and had ironing board, coffee maker, and hair dryer. I felt price was resonable.
The toliet is situated in such way that you could not open the door fully to go into the bathroom.. Toliet handle had to be hald down to plush.

Location was convenient and safe. We had a late check in and they easily accommodated. Room was very clean and bigger than we expected. Quiet location and room was quiet as well. Bed was comfortable. Customer service was good as well. We would gladly stay again.

It seems to be an older motel that new owners remodeled. They did a great job. It is much nicer than you'd expect for an old motel in a small town.
There was a small leak in the ceiling near the door when it rained. But when I mentioned it to the staff, they were very apologetic and promised to have it fixed asap.

very clean and recently renovated room. Had a ground floor room and had parking hour outside room. staff had acknowledged our very late arrival (12 am) and was awake to receive us. refrigerator in room fan if needing air circulation. lots of charging locations for devices.

No breakfast, but the Copa was a well-maintained motel. The room was clean and bright and comfortable. The man (owner, I presume) at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Got a good night's sleep.
I thought the following items that I usually find in motels/hotels were missing: kleenex/tissues, cups. I also don't think there was an ice maker anywhere, but that isn't something I often use anyway.

From the moment we drove into the parking lot and saw the well manicured lawn, family enjoying the patio, and spacious parking area, it felt great. Everything at the property was "a step beyond". The owners really care for their establishment, and it shows.

This was the best value, most cheerful staff, and a room that felt like it should have been twice what we paid. Parking tight outside our door, sound proof rooms with completely new everything. Fixtures were not the usual contractor-grade stuff you normally find in similar hotels. Even a nice outdoor pool. All around great stay!

Very clean room and a comfy bed. It is an older motel, so don't expect the Four Seasons. But, this is a great place to stay and I'll stay here again.
