Comfort Inn & Suites

Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. However, some of the choices ran out during the last hour the serving bar was open, including the coffee machine.

Our first room we were assigned to had a lock that did not work from the outside. But when we went to the front desk to report it, the clerk on duty upgraded us to another room immediately. The problem was handled quickly and courteously.

The location was excellent because it was very convenient to go to various restaurants nearby. The location was also very close to the attractions we wanted to go to such as the Cosmosphere and the Strataca Salt Mine. The breakfast was adequate but I have had better ones at other Comfort Inn and Suites that I have stayed in. My family really enjoyed the indoor pool.

According to my wife, the light in the bathroom was too dim to put on her makekup and I thought it was too dim myself.

The location was great, although there is a horrible dip that should be fixed pulling into the parking lot. The side door next to that entrance did not close securely, so people could just open the door without a key and come into the property. The tray in the coffee maker in the room is supposed to be disposable. Providing a new, wrapped one would be way more sanitary. Our lampshade was cracked and broken. Those things noted, the beds were very comfortable and well-made. We slept great! The acoustics must be good because there was a dog incessantly barking down the hall and we never heard it in our room.

Rooms were clean and housekeeping was consistent which is good. Wasn't able to eat the free breakfast but the selection seemed good. Staff was kind and offered assistance whenever it was necessary.

Bathrooms could be improved, poor water pressure and temperature in bath, decor was very drab. It's a little pricey for what's offered, but it's not really the worst you can do for the money. Pool area was dirty and unappealing.

I liked the room - it was so nice and clean. I also like the privacy provided and the location was perfect! The price was also definitely worth it. This will be the first place I look at next time I need to rent a hotel room.

The vending machine didnt have any bottle waters -it was all out. It would have been convenient to have a nice cold water late at night when the urge struck but other then that everything else was great !

Everything was fine until I left except the toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on..

I left my watch plugged in. I called immediately and told them. No one had been in the room except the maid. They couldn't find it.

Breakfast was delicious!! Great variety!! The beds were also very comfortable.

While nothing the hotel could control, we were bummed to find out that the pool was broken. Besides the pool being down our stay was great.

It was over 100 degrees outside and the swimming pool was closed for repairs. They offered to find me another hotel with a pool, but it was quite a lot more expensive so I opted to stay where I was.

Mattress was very comfortable. Facility was fully booked but was quiet & relaxing. Truly appreciate the microwave & frisge.

Facility was a bit dated with missing molding, chipped equipment/clunky furniture but overall was pretty clean. Breakfast is a bit limiting for the diet conscious folks.

Convenience of location to event, inclusion of breakfast and options provided, workout facility. Stayed at facility prior year for same event; consistent facility and friendly personnel.
