DoubleTree by Hilton Cincinnati Airport

It was very convenient to the airport for my early flight. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There was free coffee in the room which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the extra pillows with a variety of firmness.

The cost was high considering the venue and city. Also, with amenities not available due to covid, I would expect lower prices. There was no way to walk to the airport. I had to wait for a transit van that then drove like a maniac and made me nauseous and caused me to spill my coffee.

Stayed here for a very quick trip and wanted to be very near the airport. It is one minute away. Which is exactly what I wanted. The facility is quite lovely. Rooms are comfortably appointed and clean. Shower was fantastic with great pressure and hot!

Only negative surprise was the breakfast. It was the exact same simple buffet that other hotels in the area provide included with your stay but this was $25. The dining room is enjoyable but the breakfast was disappointing.

staff (front desk, shuttle, restaurant) were attentive, friendly and seemed sincere in trying to make our stay pleasant.

I get the impression that the hotel is understaffed...not unusual to many hotels right now.

The VERY close stay/travel to the airport. Made it easier to give the kids a few extra minutes to sleep before we had to run.

Would have liked to eaten at the in house restaurant but it was a little too pricey for a family of 4

The room was nothing special. We had plenty of time between flights. For a one night stay, it's fine. Excellent delivery service. The hotel is located near the airport. Transfer had to wait no more than 10 minutes after we called the hotel

The air conditioner was very noisy. There is only one chair in the room.

A walk from the airport terminal to the hotel took under five minutes. While the absence of a window in our room felt unusual, it didn't detract from the quality of our stay. The sleep quality was exceptional.

Breakfast was expensive and there was hardly anything there.

Everything was closed down the two days I was there the airport had closed due to ice the hotel restaurant had no supper due to running out of food. So we went without lunch or supper that day . We ate snacks from the snack bar. I was not impressed to say the least

The only thing I would improve is lighting in the rooms as it is far too dim. Had to use my cell phone to find some things and read certain instructions or directions.

The staff was incredibly friendly and would go the extra mile with a smile. The location by the airport is extremely convenient. Especially since the hotel provides shuttle services and free parking!!! We have stayed here multiple times and will continue staying when we fly through CVG.

The hotel is somewhat outdated.

The shuttle service is an absolute life saver and the people working there are just as great. I stressed out quite a bit about my up coming flight but my stay at the hotel calmed my nerves a bit.

I wish my room came with toothpaste because I forgot to bring some but I believe that’s about it. Maybe some WiFi as well? I couldn’t find one there I’m not sure if the hotel had free WiFi or not
