The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Our room was comfortable—loved the shower! Loved the size of the TV; most hotel TVs are not that big!
Covid has had a definite impact on the complex. We were there Monday and Tuesday and the only restaurant open was Mabel’s and it didn’t open until 11am. The front desk told us we could pick breakfast up there. No thank you! Our room was overlooked Tuesday and we had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper. We had no fresh towels.

The front desk lady (Antoinette) was very professional and kind. The room size was great.
The sofa in the room had a visible stain. Needs a deep cleaning. Didn't like the shower door or the shower head. The water pressure is very low and the shower head needs cleaning badly.

The property was convenient to where I was working. I also enjoyed the ability to go to the casino for a drink and to unwind after work. All of the staff from the hotel to the casino were very accommodating.

The rooms are spacious ,tv Chanels had a great selection, shower had lots of room bed very comfortable. Had a great time .
No room service for food . No place to get breakfast for early risers like us. No trash can liners in trash cans.

CSR's were great! Room was very comfy and clean. Loved the walkin shower. Only thing missing is some type of breakfast and coffee. No where to obtain unless you leave the premises for food or go into the casino for coffee but 2 times during our stay the casino was closed at almost 10 am so no coffee.

It was a very nice clean and comfortable place to stay will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
Direction on how the shower hot water worked, a misunderstanding on my part. So I took a Luke warm shower later to figure out to turn it in the opposite direction.

The bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly.
The shower wasn't cleaned. Had used soap from previous people that stayed in the room. The shower had mold growing in some places.
