Did not like that the air conditioner in one room was broken and the hair dryer fell off the wall. Also did not like that the pool was closed on a summer day.

I put my bed linens outside the door and when I returned the bed was not made nor were there bed linens for me to make my bed. I had to go downstairs and request them from the front desk.

Excellent price excellent staff. Very kindly allowed me a late check out. Easy to get luggage carts to check in and out. Have breakfast food bag and coffee and juice continuing even during pandemic. Very accommodating and professional staff. Super easy free parking.
Desk chair was tattered, stained carpet and shower curtain rod was repaired haphazardly. Saw one cockroach running on the tv bureau at night.
