Our car broke down on our road trip and this was the closest place for us to stay. It was nice, comfortable, great shower head and water pressure in the bathroom, comfortable beds, delicious coffee and a nice continental breakfast. The staff was very personable and friendly.
The only thing that needed some work was the AC vents could have been cleaned.

The representative at the front desk was super helpful, nice and patient.
The room smelled a little like Marijuana and cigarette smoke. The shower curtain was bent in the middle, so I couldn't close the shower curtain completely.

We had a baseball tournament nearby so several families on our team stayed at Fairfield Inn. One of our teammates was celebrating his birthday so we called him over to our room for a surprise party and the cleaning crew happened to be right by our door. The sweet guy handed the birthday boy some money. It was the sweetest gesture. 😊

Close proximity to travel route. Size of the room.
Overall dirty first impression of carpet on the elevator and 2nd floor hallway. Vacuum cleaning would help a lot. Checkin attended standing in front of the entrance, smoking. He put his cigarette on top of a box near the entrance to come in with us and ask his female colleague to check us in so he could continue smoking. Leaving for dinner, it becomes evident in which neighborhood the hotel is located, which had us worried about the vehicles.

No Jacuzzi it was stated on the web sight that you had on and to be completely honest that’s the only reason I booked there. I found it False advertisement. My stay was booked til Sunday, I left Saturday morning. Not happy with that at all.

service at the counter took 10 minutes to wait on me… it was noisy loitering on the property beneath my window. the pool was not in service.

The carpet in the elevator needs to be changed ASAP or let it be tile no carpet if I would have judge the room by how the carpet look you all would have lost a customer. please change the carpet

Very quiet. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and professional. Great location and close to everything. Clean and tidy. I have stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites in the past and I have always been satisfied with my stay, so whenever I am in Lafayette Louisiana for work or play, I stay here. It's always a positive experience.
