Hotel is in nice, peaceful location and good for couple days stay for a family. Spacious rooms with all needed features and free breakfast. Wi-Fi works well.

Window in our room was not washed for ages. One receptionist had lost her service attitude and only did the really mandatory things. During check-in she didn’t mentioned about pool times, lift location, Wi-Fi or anything extra which makes you feel welcomed. BUT all the other staff were very friendly and especially I like mention the older lady taking care of breakfast. She was really lovely!

Hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and hot. Overall I was extremely pleased. Location was awesome, our daughter & son-in-law had twins born at Lafayette General. Quick trip from hotel to hospital ❤️

The only "issue" was that my room faced the parking lot and the parking lot lights were VERY bright. I appreciate the safety of the lights but even with all curtains closed my room was "lit up" during the night. Other than that, my stay was perfect

The breakfast was pleasant, nice assortment. I liked how everything was very clean.

Barbara, wasn't very helpful in our situation. The plane had so many delays that we couldn't check-in until Wednesday, instead of Tuesday I asked for a discount, she said we needed 24 hours to cancel. Not our fault! Our son was hospitalized the reason for coming to Lousiana and to be exhausted and not given our $90 back only made the situation that much more stressful. Not good.

We liked the very friendly staff, great breakfast selection, clean room and bathroom, and other amenities such as gym and laundry, Staff fulfilled my online request for type and location of room.

It was a little awkward to get to the hotel only the first time. We stayed in the room for individuals with physical limitations. The room was fully accessible although the ice bucket and coffee maker were located up high over the refrigeration and microwave. This wasn’t an issue for us although might be for others.

Good selection did seem a little cramped and backed up. Maybe should have to waffle makers not just one. That kept people waiting quite awhile and made people cont bumping into each other. Loved pool area very relaxing.

We were really pleased with everything about this place. Great service at reception and the lady doing breakfast the next morning was so amazing and friendly and went out of her way to accommodate people. The beds were amazing and rooms really spacious.

Breakfast was very good. Check in clerk was extremely helpful, assisting us with questions about the surrounding area.

The only “downside” was that we booked this hotel because it was found on a search for “Hotels on I-10.” A bit if a stretch.

The staff, the clean smell of the rooms, the hotel was beautiful ❤️. Beds were soft and comfy.

The tv didn't work in one room, so I was moved to another. The hair dryer didn't work in the room I was moved to. The kind lady at the desk allowed me to use the hair dryer in the 1st room I was put in where the tv didn't work. She is an amazing lady. The floors were sticky from mopping, but smelled so good. I feel I should not have been charged full price due to the circumstances, but enjoyed my stay.

The room was very spacious. The beds were really comfortable.

I arrived to check-in and the receptionist was on the phone, didn't acknowledge I was standing there for at least ten minutes. She finally decided to let me know she was on the phone with her boss. After she got off the phone she told me that they didn't have any rooms available. I told her I had a reservation and then told me that housekeeping fell behind and that it would be at least an hour before they would have any rooms clean. She was very nonchalant. I left and came back about an hour and a half later and she said they still didn't have any rooms available. However, my card had already been charged before I even arrived to check-in the first time.
