The room was spotless. The location was perfect for the things I needed to do in the area. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
The bedspread had a few cigarette burns in it and so did the plastic tray in the bathroom. I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. One lamp was out. None of these things were a big deal.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff was so awesome and helpful with anything and everything I asked for! The room was clean and very nicely updated, and again i can not stress enough how amazing the staff was at this hotel! Definitely worth checking out!

The rooms were super clean and smelled good. We had one problem with the tv remote but we didn’t really need it anyway.
The plugs were not easily accessible. The lamps had plugs but they were too lose and didn’t work.

Coldest air I've ever slept under. Clean, comfortable. Very accommodating even though we arrived near midnight. Overnight stay after evacuating New Orleans, for home.
