The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good; eggs, sausage, various sweets, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, bread, milk, juice, and coffee. The location on Hwy 171 was very convenient, and close to everything.
For a four person room we only had three towels, and the beds were just too firm for us.

We are not breakfast eaters, so we didn't eat it. But the selections looked good and the coffee was very good. The courtyard where we sat to drink our coffee was very nice and relaxing. Staff was very freindly, courteous, helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved that all of the rooms are accsesable from the otside of the hotel. The pool was nice and clean.
The only thing i would to say is the pillows were not what I have at home. But all in all there really is nothing negative about our stay there.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Handicap bathroom worked out great for me. I’m not in a wheel chair but do use a walker.
The beds need to be updated. I had double beds and both leaned down hill like the springs were broke.

Moldy dirty welcome paper on desk not a good way to great me. Hotels need to stop advertising breakfast then using covid as an excuse to give you less. Breakfast area fully open but only giving out COLD burritos in a paper bag while the staff sets on their butt playing on their phone. Same breakfast every day. Did not unlock doors to breakfast area until after 7:30 on the second day of my stay.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.
The breakfast. We had to take our breakfast in paper bags. I like being able to sit down and enjoy my breakfast while watching the news. I also like being able to get on a tread mill for about an hour to get my day started. Now I understand we are in Covid restrictions, but that is what would have mad my stay better.

I’m not trying to be picky here, but there was only 3 small pillows on each bed, I would prefer a standard pillow and at least two for each person.
