Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore/Woodlawn

Clean spacious rooms with all the amenities. Great breakfast too.

Staff wasn't always available when I called the front desk. Had to go downstairs which defeated the purpose of a phone. Also, not enough parking. Getting parking the first night was very difficult!

The size of the room and breakfast offerings, and the size of the shower/bathroom.

There was mold along the floor edge of the shower.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to eateries, shopping center and the beltway to downtown Baltimore where there are lots of attraction. Breakfast was ready at the specified time and offered a variety of choices including fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. It was a very good choice!

I have no complaints. Everything met my expectations and/or went beyond my expectations. However, I would have liked to have pamphlets about nearby attractions. When I asked the front desk attendees, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Breakfast was good, restaurant staff very friendly,beds comfortable.

Requested rooms together as I was traveling with elder parents and that request was not possible, at time of check in staff forgot or didn't look that I had 2 rooms and had to go to back to my car to show the info to front desk just to find out the rooms I requested were not together. Location of this hotel was also confusing, 2 of my 3 gps took me to wrong address. Pool was closed at this property but I just came back from another Hampton inn and pool was open in the other location ???

The staff was so friendly and amazing. I loved that the pool was empty and we had it practically to ourselves. The hotel seems very low key, like a hidden gem. The breakfast was good. Anytime a bagel with cream cheese is involved, I’m happy with the breakfast. The breakfast setup was clean and convenient.

I didn’t like that the table was connected to the dresser where the tv was placed. It made it had to rearrange the room and to watch the Tv from the bed comfortably. The lamp was also stuck to the table.

There was a lot of unsupervised children. There was kids making messes all around the lobby area and at the breakfast tables, getting waffle mix everywhere. Some kids were sticking their bare hands in the breakfast Buffett. Kids asking me if I saw their siblings. Every time we left our room, we were bombarded by unsupervised kids everywhere. There did not seem to be any policy on parents attending their kids. The Stay was amazing bedsides that.

The breakfast was okay. The essentials were there. The kitchen staff was pleasant and the food was fresh. I cannot give more than a few comments because we had a very early start before breakfast time.

Cannot give a bad comment. The only comment was that it took a while to find the curtain closer. The front desk gave a bit of information to find out the location of the electronic curtain closer. A nice touch would be to come to the room and locate it for us.

The property appears to be well maintained. They have an exercise facility and an indoor pool. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was good and water got hot.

The parking lot entrance could use signage. Their property is adjacent to a motel. No ability to access internet login to my Netflix through their t.v. and their channel/cable offerings are limited. There was some mold present at bottom corner of shower, room 505.

The breakfast food was unnatural and it would get cold fast. The location was perfect because my event was held nextdoor, however, the overall neighborhood was not ideal. This property is well managed, but a bit more local restaurant info could be offered.

The showerhead was cheap. Should be a bit better - larger spray area.

We arrived at night and the hotel is located kind of hidden in a dark location, which made us a little concerned. But this first impression was proven wrong as everything was very nice going forward. Reception was friendly and gave us suggestions for restaurants (in fact very good suggestions). Breakfast was the usual pandemic-style everywhere except that there were cook-yourself Belgium waffles.

Location at night. You drive through a kind of dark alley road to get to the hotel. But proven safe.
