I stayed for 2 nights in mid Nov22. I had a great reception when i arrived and any question or need i had during my stay i received great, swift and effective help from the staff. The Wifi is excellent, and the tv had a lot of good channels to watch. The bed was very comfortable as well as the bathroom. The room was very clean and quiet.

Offer a broader selection of choices at breakfast, for example bread buns, croissants, cheese. Replace throwaway plastic items with steel, washable cutlery or porcelain cups

The host at the front desk couldn’t have made us feel more welcomed when we arrived. We traveled in a group of eight and with four rooms and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Excellent continental breakfast, and delicious hot coffee in the morning.

No issues at all.

The cleanliness

There was no microwave in the rooms.. I had no idea before I booked, one of the pictures on the website had a microwave in it and made me think it had a microwave.. This alone is a reason why I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cleanliness of room. Location to highway. Nice furniture in room. Elevators were efficient.

Breakfast was monotonous and not very tasty. The elevator button on my floor was broken, but worked.

Breakfast was average, breakfast morning 1 Saturday...eggs (scrambled) made on mass in a large tray a little dry but hot, everything well stocked. breakfast morning 2 Sunday...very low stock with everything it was obvious the hotel was busier but they didn't seem to replenish anything was a little disappointing. nb. I went to breakfast both times at the same time of the morning. Hotel was very clean.

Breakfast inconsistent

Very accommodating when last minute plans changed due to another property chain not meeting needs 2x in same weekend. Extremely pleased with all services, accommodations, staff was friendly. Check in/stays/breakfast/check out were all seamless. Thank you! We will be staying with IHG for future travels.

All was great! No complaints!

Everything was wonderful for our stay. We enjoyed the location (very conveniently located), the breakfast, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. Everything was great and if we are ever in the area again, we will go back! Definitely a keeper!!

Excellent experience! Breakfast offering was different every day and preparation and presentation satisfying. I have used the Holiday inn Express many timed over the past and found this to be a cut above the rest.....WELL DONE!

Good variety of choices. Enough time frame ( 7-10) to allow people to come in and not rush. No limit to how much you may have.

Customer service after booking wasn’t great. I need more information in order to maybe change room type, but no live person was available to answer my questions.

Breakfast was good. Hot and cold items available. Enjoyed the 24 hour coffee! Location was quiet, and close to rest

When the air conditioner/heating unit came on, it sounded like 20 hamsters running on a creaky metal wheel. Also, couldn’t turn off lever in shower completely, so water continually dripped.
