Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center

The property was clean and the staff was courteous! I didn’t have any issues. It would’ve been nice to know before hand that they charge $20 a day for parking.

The entrance to the hotel through the garage was not functioning so we had to walk up and down the ramp to retrieve our car a couple of times a day. It was very inconvenient. I don’t think there should have been an associated cost for parking seeing as though the gate stayed open and anyone could access the parking garage.

Friendly staff assisted us from the beginning of our 2-week stay, right to the end. They assisted us in sorting out a problem with Booking.com, which was not fed through to their system. Booking.com initially suggested that we either cancel or re-locate, but it got sorted out after an hour's telephonic discussions. Our room was even upgraded by the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable with a work station, couch, bar fridge, ironing board and iron, safety deposit box and coffee station. The walk-in shower is a bonus. The hotel is opposite a grocery shop, close to various restaurants and shops, as well as within walking distance from the Metro. The guest laundry room makes life easier for long stays.

Booking.com.com should please sort out their booking system with the hotel. It is the first time during my experience of more than about 20 different bookings that I arrived at a hotel and got informed that they have not received my fully paid booking!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Amazing dinner in the hotel restuarant; a must do (exceptional for a hotel restaurant!) Convenient location (next to Twinbrook Metro) and close to restaurants and shops.

Digital Key on Hilton Honors app never worked, had to get physical keycards (if you're parking there this is a must as the keycards are used to get in and out of the parking areas). $25 a night. The garage is tight, better for smaller cars. Some parking on the surface as well. Expect to walk a bit as there are only two pairs of elevators diametrically across from each other; unless your room is right by them you will walk at least one side length of the hotel.

The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous. There was a West African woman who was especially polite and helpful. The waitress at the hotel's restaurant was very courteous and cordial as well. The cleaning staff was also professional. It was nice to have a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a nice refrigerator, and a decent-sized desk for my laptop and some documents I brought to read.

I was in room 636. The room had some wallpaper near the sofa that looked a little shoddy. The HVAC system had a decorative part near the bottom that had come loose. The room did not have a microwave for my leftovers. The Internet was slow. I hope no Internet service my first night.

We love this location. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. You can walk to the metro from the hotel. It's right across the street. There is now a grocery store and dunking donuts next door. Saved a ton of money going to the grocery store and eating meals in the room.

There is no microwave in the room. You have to request it for a small fee. The kids were upset that the pool was taken out.

The staff was amazing. We were there for a funeral. After cleaning out the nursing home room, we were early arriving, an hour before check in time. I was planning on sitting in the lobby until check in time , but the staff checked and since the room was ready early, they just checked us in and got us up to our very comfortable room. Although we were only staying overnight, the room would have been great for a weeks stay.

The staff was nice and helpful, always. They offered me late checkout at 1 pm. I got some additional coffee pads. Dinner was good, breakfast was OK.

There is not much around, so when the cafè inside is closed it can take a walk to get one. I got trouble with the pillows because they gave me a terrible neck pain, but I did not ask for a change, therefore the staff is not responsible anyhow.

Excellent bed and shower. Speedy check-in and out (though it would have been nice to have been warned that the room key was needed for exit from the parking garage.

Internet access. The log-in was diabolical apparently requiring joining Hilton Honors without allowing for the possibility you might have joined previously. It shouldn't appear to be required at all and certainly shouldn't crash as it did twice before succeeding.

The hotel was inside we parked in a parking garage which did cost us but no biggie then after that you better check the weather on the TV because u inside from that point on and it's gourous.

Breakfast I think was 15.00 per person but we was so tired from the drive we slept right thru it.the 25.00 parking made up for it. Over all we will stay again our son only stays 15 minutes away why not.

I was very happy with the service. I had made a reservation including breakfast but it didn't show up in the Hilton system. The hotel receptionist promptly helped me and offered me breakfast.

I believe the booking system is not talking to the Hilton system. I made a reservation for a room and then received the option to pay 13 dollars more to upgrade the bathroom with shower. when i got to my room, the bathroom was with a bathtub.
