This rural farming location was very close to a family event. I was able to reserve a room with an en suite bathroom and I happened to be the only guest during my four day stay so I had quiet evenings. The internet service was strong. Each large delicious breakfast was different and there were numerous Keurig choices. The owners joined me for breakfast and we had informative interesting conversations. My room had a ceiling and floor fan and I did use both.

I wish there had been pillow choices other than memory foam; I had to use a pillow from one of the shams for sleeping. The lamps nearest the bed were not for reading and I was only able to watch live TV on my laptop. This is an older home and while I had an en suite the water pressure in the shower was not strong.

From the moment you arrive the Clark’s make you feel welcomed and want to share their beautifully kept historical home and it’s surroundings. The landscape surrounding the home is ever changing and makes you feel as if your on the set of a movie seeing a new act or set change. One minute you may see ducks wandering through the grass, alpacas strolling or being sheered, horses grazing, buffalo sparing or kittens and the dog bouncing around. The rooms are cozy and bright. Breakfast won’t disappoint either. The Clark’s pay attention to detail, aim to please and let you know that they appreciate you. My stay was beyond my expectation and I’d definitely come again.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Quite literally. My bed (& pillows) were so comfortable! Breakfast went beyond my expectations, absolutely delicious! The hosts are kind and friendly. Just genuinely good people all around! I love the area. It's quiet. They have animals, a big yard, and lots of toys for my small children. Our room was big with 3 beds and our own bathroom. I could really go on! It was just an awesome experience, and the first time, I had never really tried anything like this out. We found it on Booking.com! We even came late, and someone was still up to greet us. 10/10 would recommend and come back again and again.

My sister & I loved everything about this B&B! From the hosts to the location to the Wonderful breakfast! The home, hosts, & all the friendly outdoor animals gave it a down to earth down home feel❣The whole experience was much more than we could have expected. It was a great ending to our Sister Weekend trip & we will definitely return in the future.

The hook that was on the outside of our bedroom door would be better used on the inside❣🥰 Not a bad thing, just a hook thing🙃

I loved the eggs at breakfast! The bed was really comfortable and I loved the room! I found nerf guns in the dresser and that was as always fun!

The only thing was a pair of underwear found in the dresser. HOWEVER I didn’t really care at all. Thought it was funny actually. But because these guys helped get my keys out my locked car and all I really didn’t wanna bring it up. THESE HOSTS ARE AMAZING AND SO IS LOJ BNB

It was a beautiful home and very cozy. It felt very private even though there were multiple guests. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and varied both days.

The stairs were a bit scary but we are elderly and were cautious. They were very sturdy. We would have liked a sitting area to watch TV. We will choose a different room on our next visit.

Paul and Sandy are very gracious and friendly hosts. They made us feel welcome and were very open about showing us their Alpacas and their property. The beds were more than sufficient and pillows were great. Also, Sandy's breakfast was most delicious and fulfilling. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants the personal touch of family and home.

There was nothing negative worth noting.

Paul and Sandy were awesome, very warm and welcoming. Our room was very cute, we called it the Holland Room, it’s decor was everything Holland. The breakfast was amazing, there was homemade salsa for the egg casserole, and homemade “apple pie” syrup for the Apple cinnamon pancakes. If you are a coffee drinker there was a variety of flavors along with plenty of hot cocoa options. If we are ever planning another trip that will put us close to their area we plan on staying again.

It was my second time here, brought my girlfriends along to stay here this July before taking the ferry to Manitou Island the next day. The rooms are very unique and great value, especially if you are sharing it with friends. Always love my breakfast here, where even my gluten allergies are considered and not only the meal is shared with the owners and other guests in the great dining room but also interesting conversations. Can’t wait to be back ❤️!

Absolutely everything! The accommodation is super clean, comfortable and cozy place in a very quiet area. Paul and Sandy are amazing people and not only did they provide us with great service, but they were also very communicative and even showed our kids their alpaca farm. The breakfast was great, homemade with a great selection.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
