AmericInn by Wyndham Coon Rapids

The hotel was centrally located and close to grocery stores, WalMart, Target (etc) and restaurants. Close to major highways which made getting around the metro Minneapolis area & suburbs easy. Guest rooms were somewhat dated, but clean and spacious. Amazing staff. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. There was a wonderful variety of breakfast foods. The breakfast area was replenished frequently and kept very clean. The indoor pool/spa area was also clean and inviting. Chairs, tables and lounge chairs made for a relaxing time while using the pool. Parking was adjacent to the hotel, safe and well lighted.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Breakfast on Sat. At 9 a.m. was very good and many choices. Attendant was always on top of it filling container , making sure there was plenty for the guests. and wiping down tables. We had breakfast at 9a.m. Sunday's breakfast was ok, there were alot of empty bowls and not much of the eggs, a few pieces of fruit, as well as bread and bagels. Attendant wasn't the same gal we had on Sat. Don't know if she was new but she's seemed lost.

Bathtubs were a little slippery.

Room was decent, could of used a little bigger since it was 3 of us and staying for 4 days but otherwise it was good. The breakfast was good and was nice to have pool area for something to do in the evening.

One thing wanted to mention, I love going swimming and could do it everyday. There's a bit to much chlorine in the pool and hot tub we had to rinse off after every time due to it itching and leaving rash on skin.

The property was very clean and comfortable, but what made the stay stand out was the willingness of each and every staff member to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable!

This property exceeded our expectations!

I love the pool, the hot tub, the sauna. The breakfast was phenomenal ! Loved the sausage onion and peppers the rooms were spotless and the bed comfy.

No carpet. So when u walk in.. u leave wet salty stains on the floor as u walked in. I finally learned to take my shoes off before getting into the room.

Everyone that worked there were super friendly.

There was a lot of dust in harder to reach areas. On top of curtains and light fixtures. Also, the pool area floor is really hard on the little kids feet.

We loved the cost of what we reserved,,well what she reservedcause it was a special nite for her and I..they worked well with her special requests we will be coming back to this location everything was perfect just fix the vending machines please just one little thing the bed was a little hard on my back

We loved everything about our stay except one little issues their vending machines were empty cause my wife woke up with a bad headache in the middle of the night and asked front desk if they had any aspirin but could not give them out under safety reason which I understand but they should keep the vending machines up to pair, other then that we will be coming back and they were really good at keeping my wife's special request I loved the whole layout that you guys helped her with the night could not have been more perfect thank you and we will be coming back when we need to get away so thanks to all of you..no problems at all 😃😃😃😸

We loved everything about our stay. We love the location and the hospitality vis wonder. Gloria at the front desk made our welcome so nice and with great warmth 💞 we will be staying again for the 3rd time, and we love that we got a late check-out they worked with us.. excited to stay again

I can only say I bad thing bout this is the vending machine needs a little work

My stay was very comfortable the staff is wonderful. This is my favorite hotel when I'm in coo rapids on business the always make me feel like I'm at home and the breakfast is now open it was wonderful very clean and hot dishes. Just great place to relax 😉

Nothing to dislike with my stay

Loved the floor in the room (no carpet). Coffee options were good. Friendly staff.

The door to the room was very difficult to close. It tended to stick and we had to pull it closed. Disappointed with breakfast options. Spa had issues so maintenance was called.
