The hotel it located in a very nice greenbelt district, only 15-20 minutes drive away from St Paul and Minneapolis. It is properly furnished, comfortable; many trees and parks, restaurants, supermarkets and services are around.

The booking.com's description of the King Suite room is not correct, there are mentioned much more features than the reality. This is only a studio with a nice kitchen but without any kitchenware. The selection of the breakfast is very poor, we found only butter, jelly, juice and some bread for toasting.

The room was really nicely decorated and the lighting in the bathroom was great. Love the double walk in shower.

I didn't like the cash deposit rule. No orange juice and for the money, the breakfast was really lacking. And could have used a coffee pot in the room.

I have stayed here several times, this time was just as good, the staff were mostly pleasant, however this time the TV and phone didn't work in my room. I was able to resolve the TV issue as the gal at the front desk informed me there was no one available to correct the problem....the phone never did get fixed, not a big deal, ,just had to walk down to the front desk for things instead of being able to call. The Housekeeper (didn't get his name) was so friendly, happy, positive and cared about his work. He got a nice tip! The weather was terrible,, 2 storms in 3 days and the grounds were taken care of very well.

Some of the night staff could have been a bit friendlier.

beds were comfortable and sound proof rooms allowing for sleep in

continental breakfast was not good at all. only served defrosted waffles and hard toast. coffee watered down and when there was juice it was of low quality like it was watered down as well. no coffee maker in the rooms and toiletries were 1 mini shampoo. hand soap and lotion

The breakfast was frozen waffles that you put in a toaster, bagels and sliced bread. The juice machine was fine as long as you didn't select orange juice.

When I entered my room I noticed that the Tv was crooked and the wall mount was coming away from the wall.

Inside of the hotel was nicely updated. Not outdated. Our room was comfy and near the elevator.

It caught us by surprise when we returned to our room from a full day at a funeral to see someone had made our bed and took our trash out. We were not warned beforehand. We had all of our personal belongings in the room. Dirty laundry out in the open. We understand hotels are subject to clean our room, however; we were not warned or notified beforehand. We had no privacy. Also, the outside trash bins were so full and overflowing. It made the hotel look trashy from the outside. Beautiful building but too much trash.

Excellent price, very clean room. Apparently recently remodeled and furnished with very comfortable bed. The kitchenette was also very nice.

Room was advertised with a free breakfast on Booking.com but upon check-in a sign stated that breakfast was not offered. There was no "sack lunch" alternative offered. Room air-conditioning was set to 61 degrees and the room was freezing cold upon arrival. They are wasting energy and it took awhile to warm it up to a comfortable temperature. Lighting in the room is all really harsh bright LED. Would be nicer with "warmer" lighting.

Good amenities in the room. The room feels like home.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was only choice of slices white/whole wheat bread, small size bagles and waffles with serving size of jam and cream cheese. There was coffee and orange juice. No hot breakfast, no cereal etc

close enough to all amenities but still in a quiet location. bright parking lot for arriving late at night. room was big and the full size fridge and the stove top was a great addition.

customer service was meh. all our needs were met but the front desk person wasn’t the most welcoming which I feel is important in hospitality.

That is nice and quiet I have a good breakfast and they're very reasonable on prices if you get the room that you check out or you thought you checked out

What I did not like was the room I selected prior to check in was not the room I received. The room I received had a hole in the bathtub broke a door handles no filters in the AC unit. I've come to notice going through booking.com every time I take that back. Every time but a lot of the times they throw us in their room or a room that is in shambles or lower quality I'm a Critic the first thing I do when I walk into a room is I look around I take pictures of everything that is out of place or is that up to standards just to make sure I don't get pinned with a bill because that has happened to me before
