Radisson Hotel St Paul Downtown

Everything was great. We especially enjoyed Vivian, the lady who runs the breakfast. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is looked after. She is a true gem and I hope her employers know what a key player she is in the operation. We were disappointed that we were charged 15 dollars a day for parking. I have never paid for parking at a hotel before and was never told I’m advance that we would be charged. After conversion to Canadian funds, the room came to 557 for two nights (278 per night). I will definitely be shopping around a bit more next time and will ask about parking.

Clean rooms and friendly front desk staff. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and hair dryer and products in case you forgot shampoo or body lotion Etc

We came for a concert at the Excel Center. The van that is used to take people back and forth is obviously not large enough or there should be more than one van. We hurried to gate for four right after the concert but there were at least 80 of us and the van was filled three times. After an hour and 15 minutes we gave up and used our GPS to get back to the hotel. That is probably my biggest gripe about using the hotel. You need to fix that problem or people will not come back and use the Radisson to get to the Excel anymore. We were not the only ones that were very upset about this. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel

Room was nice and perfect size. Bed was really comfy. Very relaxing. We also really liked the staff. The server in the dining room gave us and the rest of the guests excellent, excellent service this morning. She made everybody's dining experience very pleasant. The man behind the front desk in the lobby this morning was extremely nice and helpful. The lady behind the front desk yesterday afternoon was very helpful and happy...she was really great and professional. We also loved the free shuttle bus to the show, Lionel Richie and Earth, Wind and Fire. And really liked the shuttle driver, Tim. He was very personable and great to talk to...a really nice guy!!!

Can't think of anything that was negative. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was so friendly and personable. They shared stories and listened and were super helpful! Parking was free with the room. They had a shuttle bus that took us to the xcel center and back after our concert. They even made a special run when I needed to come back early. Breakfast was delicious. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The bathtub was the only thing I wasn't impressed with. It had not been wiped down well enough to remove hair from previous visitors and the underside of the soap holder was yellow and sticky. Otherwise - everything else was absolutely fantastic!

The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Good linens. Peddlers Pub has excellent food! Not hotel food that's been warmed, but actually delicious food. Every single person who works at the Radisson is a delight. All of them. We very much appreciated the shuttle service to the Xcel Center for the concert we were in St. Paul to attend.

Need more light in the room. One more lamp would have made a big difference. It was just too dark. We stayed during a spring blizzard. I believe 8 inches of snow fell in about a 12-hour period. The whole city was a mess. But my complaint is...We were trying to watch the NCAA women's basketball semi-final and the tv stopped working. Snow on the dish??? We had to watch on a phone. That was disappointing. Not sure the hotel could have done anything to fix that.

The hotel was emaculate. The staff- impeccable. I dont say that lightly. Shuttle to Xcel for The Cure Concert, Thurs June 8th, Enjoyable. We didn't need to Uber, etc... We ate at Peddlers (the restaurant at the hotel). The Pork Chop entree was well prepared. My fiance had the Meatloaf- better than "Mom's" Enjoyed relaxing in the pool area whirlpool. We were the only ones there twice! It's not often a hotel exceeds your expectations. We've traveled extensively. This hotel did!~M

It was clean, the staff were friendly and they were so great at accommodating us even though it was a last minute reservation with our 2 kids 1month and 4 year old as well as our German Shepard/Lab dog. The manager even opened the pool area for my four year old after closing because the hotel we were suppose to stay at that fell through pool was drained. He turned her weekend around with just that tiny small act of kindness and I appreciate that so much. The breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area were so kind as well. The lady running breakfast Sunday morning was the sweetest and helped us get drinks as well as a tray to carry things with and she was so attentive. I wish I would have booked this hotel from the start because it would have taken away from the hassle and money loss of the other hotel but they definitely turned our weekend around for the best.

Hotel is clean & well maintained. Any issues are handled immediately. Staff was excellent!! Friendly and hard working. They all went out of their way to accommodate us!! From the front desk, to the cooks, the bartender, the manager, the shuttle driver, they all made us feel like family. We added an extra night to our stay as it was so enjoyable! Celebrating my mom's 80th Birthday with a weekend stay attending Alan Jackson. Breakfast is amazing! Miss Vivian is a real treasure! Shuttle service did an amazing job. We even received a follow up email a couple days later saying that they hoped we enjoyed Alan Jackson and the stay. Now that is personal service. I have stayed in the past with the same experience. They will always be my go to.

Room was great! Bathroom small, but very well maintained and clean. Breakfast came with room, always a plus! We took the hotel shuttle to the concert at Xcel Energy Center. There was no additional charge and the driver was excellent, both dropping off and picking up. Ended the night with other concert-goers in Peddlers Pub. An all-around wonderful and relaxing experience!!

That picture was the actual room we had! It was a great experience. We came for a concert and they had a shuttle that took us there and picked us up! Shay at the desk was amazing and Tim, the GM and our shuttle driver was great! Wilson in the restaurant was helpful and friendly! Definitely gonna recommend to others! Thanks for a great birthday trip!
