I came for a dog show. I wish the pet fee would’ve been more upfront somewhere. $20 per dog per night is a bit on the high side especially if you’re staying 4 nights with two well behaved dogs. We worked something out when I checked in which I appreciate.

Easy access from the highway. Good location. Picnic table and grass in the back. Good Internet. Multiple entrances from the parking lot. Laundry facilities.

We appreciated the good bed, the pillows, the quiet, the ease and quietness of the heating system. The access to ice and drinks, and closeness to our parking. We will be back!!
Missed breakfast. Smelled someone smoking in another room or part of the facility. It was gone by morning.

I ended up in the area early and they were willing to work with me for an early check in, everything was clean. Location was easy to find. Close to gas station, harley dealership and some fast food. Bed was comfortable, had a fridge and clean towels.
Exhaust fan was extremely loud in bathroom... only complaint.... and it wasn't that big of a deal really

Hotel has new owners. They did not have in room coffee makers yet but had coffee ready for me in the lobby daily at 4 A.M. Super nice people. If work takes me to Mankato again I will stay here.

No breakfast. This motel once offered breakfast. Seems COVID ended it, but it would be possible to offer juice, milk, boxed cereal, maybe rolls to take back to rooms.

No breakfast because of Covid! The bed was real comfortable. I usually have back pain but had none either morning when I woke up. The location was good, close to Caswell Park.
I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Everything was good! Cable, lighting, cleanliness, the staff was polite and courteous.

There is an open area out back and a trail. A swimming pond, playground, park and pool just down the road. And pet friendly. We had a great stay.
