stairwells we’re quite dirty we had only a very small amount of toilet paper in the room and had to ask for more breakfast could have been a bit better when I tried to call and confirm my reservation the person at the front desk was not able to communicate with me to actually confirm. they told me to call back later and hung up on me

We asked for and were given check-in an hour early. The desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice to have. The room was clean & beds were comfortable.
This is a clean, basic and safe hotel- we just need a place to sleep- so it did seem a little overpriced. However, we were in town for a softball tournament so all hotel rooms were overpriced.

I was happy with the stay. We had a pet friendly room and it was close to the exit door so was handy for dog relief. Parking was handy and everything was very clean. For the price we paid, I felt it was a good value. I thought having the "rags" in the room was an awesome idea!
Nothing I can think of to improve on. Maybe another coffee pod or two in the room, but with breakfast at 6:00, getting coffee was handy enough anyway.

This hotel is conveniently located in Mankato. Easy highway access and close to several restaurants.
The staff is very friendly, but understaffed. Breakfast choices were minimal.

The breakfast was awful not much of a selection! My husband travels and said the worst continental breakfast hes ever seen.
The front desk staff when we checked in was very rude. Alot of dog hair on our couch.

I needed to be at another place in the area for an event on Sunday morning and the Location was not as easy to find, probably due to road improvement with roundabouts and not as direct as previously.

The young man at the desk was SO helpful. . He let us check in early (it was very hot and my husband has an oxygen machine and insulin that has to stay cool). Everything was ready and clean and very quiet! Would love to stay again!!

The gentleman checking us in and out was very accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our night extra special. The property was very clean and nice. Will be back!
The only thing they could fix is the shower curtain wasn't long enough. The water from the shower made a bit of a puddle on the floor.

Easy location to travel too. Very easy to take dogs too
Only complaint was that I had to step into snow to pick up after dogs. But I also didn’t think about packing snow boots
