Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis - University Area

I did not eat the breakfast. I had to walk across the street to my job at the MHealth physicians to take care of patients in surgery at 5am.I am grateful that I checked in on Wednesday and Thursday so I could make it to work.Many of my coworkers could not get it.

Every thing was great,no complaints. This was the second time I stayed there due to the weather.

Location to campus. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom door!! Did not feel private and could hear everything person was doing in there. If another was trying to sleep yet it was very difficult with any noise or movement in the bathroom. Also fitted sheets didn’t fit the bed properly.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is great for us because we could walk to the house she shares with several friends and parked there to save on parking. A little more expensive than we would usually hope for, but the location compensates for that. Very quiet, which is super for an urban hotel.

Is it possible to control the heat/cooling in our own room? Decaf coffee could be tastier. Yogurt for sale or available at breakfast?

I really liked that we were able to walk to different places to eat. It was very close to the University since we were there for orientation for the school, and it was very easy to get to. It was also easy to park my car.

I appreciated being right across the street from where I was scheduled to have surgery the next morning. I live three hours away so I appreciated the convenience.

The parking garage was stressful but I (of course) don't live in the cities and I realize I am not used to having to park in cramped conditions.

The included breakfast surpassed my expectations for a hotel breakfast! Bucket of real Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, good cereal, bagels and muffins, and the server brought coffee and water to my table. The buffet (extra) looked fresh and beautiful.

Nothing - just pricey for what I needed/wanted.

Nice comfy rooms. Hot tub is spacious. The pool is good for younger kids. Staff is friendly.

Parking with the hotel is pricey. Staff did not explain the price. Small parking garage with 1 exit and entrance. Not worth the price.

I believe the man working the front desk name was Scott. I had driven 600 miles and found out that I didn’t have a reservation at my usual motel. I tried to make a reservation through Booking and received a message that something went wrong. I called and made a phone reservation. Upon checking in, Scott made me aware of this and promptly took care of it. I’ll be back because of this.

Not a bad location. Staff was nice. Enjoyed the hot tub. Room was ready when I arrived in the morning.

The sheets were thin and cheap. Breakfast was expensive and not great.

They were very nice to work with actually they were cheaper if we had booked with them that it was to book through you and I am very dissatified with Booking .com thought you gave the best rate. your rate was 133.00 their rate was $99 so I will never use your site again. false advertising on your part
