Bed was comfortable

Paying extra for parking and breakfast

Parking was horrible and scary but the room and bed was awesome next door had trash outside door smelled the whole area up but they got right on it when i told them just the parking was so bad i had to park around the corner and i am not from here so was a little nervous but all worked out they just really need to get the parking lot together its hard for 2 cars to come in and out at same time its so small and very scary.

Just getting the parking lot back together and no breakfast not even coffee didn't want to use pot in room and get a extra charge other hotels are serving breakfast cold not a hot breakfast so i excepted that and it wasn't nothing but it was okay the bed made up for that

Location. We were able to walk everywhere we had planned within the downtown core. Examples: university shoe tree, first avenue, target field, us bank stadium, target headquarters, structure park. We were next door to the Nicolette Diner, down the street from Brits Pub....and felt extremely safe at all times.

No room service....wifi was unreliable on the 10th floor which meant I had to go down to the lobby to confirm air flights, etc. No microwave to heat up leftovers. The self serve laundry on the 3rd floor - only 1 washer was able to accept coin and neither drier was able to accept coins.

Affordable, Nice Staff, Clean rooms and Smoke free.

Could not find parking since the parking ramp was under construction Booked two queen beds room but they sold it out, I end up with one king bed and roll away bed which could not sleep two.

Expensive breakfast and expensive parking

Location, parking was expensive, but it was convenient. Lobby bathroom was clean and worked well.

There was no smoking in the room, but the guys on the hoist outside the window, working on the building, were smoking and it was coming right in our window. That wasn't pleasant. Air conditioning wasn't controllable, that is why the window was open. Toilet didn't flush well, and sometimes wouldn't stop filling the tank. I used the bathroom in the lobby. Worked well and very clean.

The staff was awesome,very nice! the security guard gave us several options for places to try. Very clean, comfortable and nice!

Parking garage is small because of construction but we found a spot and didn't move until the end of our stay. Public transportation is good and tons within walking distance. Pillows were not the best but the bed was good.

I loved visiting this hotel centrally located in the vibrant center of Minneapolis. The hotel also has conference facilities, lots of amenities and the rooms have generous space and big beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy.

The hotel did not have power converters for US to EU power cables, it was impossible to find these anywhere in Minneapolis. Power converters and charging cables for phones could be a great addition to the hotel service. Next to that a small boutique with t-shirts and other small branded merchandise might be good as I loved the hotel.

I personally liked having a corner room. I wasn’t directly next to somebody although the room was a bit small. I still enjoyed my stay overall the hotel is great. I personally prefer it instead of staying at the Hyatt.

The only thing I did not like was that the Wi-Fi did not work very well in my room. I was only on the third floor and I had to go downstairs to the library to even use the Wi-Fi.

The property was well placed, almost all the places we visited and great eateries were within walking distance. The desk staff were exceptional and very helpful. The amenities were clean and nice to enjoy.

Our room didn’t feel like it had the proper ventilation we’re used to normally. There wasn’t a fan to diffuse the humidity from the shower so the room would absorb the moisture and the overall unit temperature would increase.
