SureStay Hotel by Best Western Tupelo North

SureStay was clean & the bed was comfortable. It was in an area that felt safe. Those are the 2 things most important to me when choosing somewhere to stay. The manager at checkin & checkout was professional & friendly. The price was good & no problem with reservation through Booking.com. The $100 cash deposit was returned to me upon checkout.

None of this was a negative for me, but in case someone else needs to know, if you checkin after hours, they have an outside walk up window that may create a problem for you depending on the weather. Also, they are a little hard to find because they sit way back off the road behind other properties. Lastly, if you need USB ports, their lamps are old & do not have these ports. I always carry my own plug-in capable cord, so this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

This has become our go to place to stay as we return home after traveling. It is easy access from the interstate and is quite clean and comfortable. The price value is very good. The manager who checks us in is very friendly and efficient. Bedding is quite comfortable. They have a continental breakfast available.

The upholstered chair in the room 220 needs to be cleaned or disposed of. It had some rather gross looking stains on it. So, we just didn't use it. Only a concern to let you know.

Everything was perfect. The owner was super sweet, she had a new guy she was training and was so patient with him. Great conversations with them both. It was suuuuuper clean, quiet, comfy, really convenient location, and a good price! I also put in the notes when I reserved it that I wanted the top floor, and they actually listened (every hotel I’ve reserved never look at the booking notes)! I would absolutely stay dere again!!!!

As always the owners keep the rooms clean and beds are so comfortable. We have stayed a few times now and will continue to stay with when the opportunity comes up.

The outside was pretty shabby . But inside was very nice.

First off, check in was so easy I blinked and it was over. Polite staff! very simple getting to the room. I even ordered food from door dash and they found the area very well! The bed was so comfy I felt like I morphed into the mattress and the pillows, they where so fluffy and cool to the touch. I slept amazing. TV guide was easy to understand, the layout was roomy and flowed well. The bathroom and vanity area are very pretty. The view of the sun setting from the window was nice! Thank you for the coffee! I can't survive without it .

A layer of dust on the lamps that was very noticeable. Dusty, As though they cleaned it left it sitting there for a few days but didn't come back to reclean it right before a guest shows up. I sneezed a bit because of the dust. There was a red stain splatter like a drink was spilled on the bathroom door and the holes in comforter.

Convenience- location from the Natchez Trace and downtown Tupelo. Hotel renovated and remodeled. Rooms are nice and clean and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, iron, and board. Breakfast served in room connect to the office lobby. Served fruit juices, coffee, yogurt, cereal, pastries, bagels, and toast. Price!

Three story building and no elevator(s).

It's all about the value. At this price point, what you really want is a clean room. Which exactly it was. A comfortable room which it was. functioning wireless, which it was so I would definitely stay there again.

On policy where are you supposed to give $100 security deposit and then you get it back the next day. So not everyone has $100 cash on them when they check in.

The price was great the rooms were very very clean I thought they made a mistake with the price. But it's just a nice clean hotel for a very reasonable price.

I didn't have nothing I didn't like at sure stay you paid me to say this and I've been at rooms all over Alabama and Mississippi and this one surprised me

To be honest, when we arrived, this hotel was not much to look at from the outside. So we thought the 3 star rating was a bit much. But from the moment we checked in to the time we left, everything else was excellent! Our room was great as it was very clean and had been recently remodeled. The staff was super friendly. And the COVID required sack breakfast exceeded our expectations. The next night we stayed at a major brand hotel that cost four times as much. In many ways it was not nearly as nice.

Appearance from the outside doesn’t look great. Again, turned out to be deceptive as our stay was excellent.
