Tru By Hilton Tupelo, Ms

We spent two nights at the Tru by Hilton in Tupelo, MS. The rooms at this hotel are just the right size and the beds are extremely comfortable. The facilities are very clean and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I absolutely loved the decor and overall atmosphere. It is convenient to the highway and close to food, shopping and entertainment venues. We will definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were amazing! We stayed with our 6-month-old for the first time. I had to sanitize his bottles, and the breakfast attendant was nice enough to provide hot water to ease the process. We love the pancake maker for breakfast as well! My husband and I enjoy the pool table in the lobby and convenient snack bar! We love the location, and the beds are so comfortable! This hotel is always our go-to when we are traveling to Mephis every summer! Thank you for accommodating our family!

We never have any issues when we stay. I was disappointed that no crib was available even though I called ahead to ask and was told it would be. They don't have a pool, so maybe they should consider adding it to the hotel, but the gym is convenient to keep you fit!

This was our first time staying in a Tru property, and will will definitely seek and stay in one, again. Loved the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and overall appearance of the property. The extra amenities were also very welcoming . . . games, comfy & inviting lounge, convenience items available for purchase, 24-hour coffee/tea/hot water available and the simplicity and functuality of the rooms. The fact that furry friends are welcome is also a huge bonus. We didn't have our pups with us this time, but now that we know . . . we will definitely bring them next time and look for Tru properties to stay in. The bathroom was also set up nicely. A good-size shower (not a step in tub with a curtain) with good shampoo/conditioner/body wash available was definitely a bonus, as well.

The location is great, the hotel is extremely clean, jazzy and comfortable. Also, the breakfast that comes with the room is delicious.

There was not one thing that I didn’t like about this property.

Very convenient location and easy to find. There are lots of places to eat nearby. Very pleasant check-in with easy access to carts at the door for luggage. Great bed! (always a priority for me)

The building was noisy. No one was “partying” but sound travels through this block building. There was no traffic noise and guests were fairly quiet in the hallway. The floor (some type of vinyl flooring) was not clean. I made the mistake of going barefoot and regretted it. Bathroom and the rest of the room were fine.

The rooms are lovely and spacious and the hotel was very quiet. Very clean hotel. Super comfy bed. I was also able to watch Netflix so that was definitely a plus 🤣🤣

The location was perfect for our road trip to Pensacola, Fl., and our visit to Elvis Presley's birth place museum. The lounge area was great for watching the Super Bowl game and keeping the kids entertained with the pool table. Also our dog was welcomed in our room and lounge area - that made us happy and relaxed about our stay. We would definately stay at this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

Having a larger dedicated out door area for our dog to do its potty thing would be nice.

Staff was great! Very helpful & friendly! Very clean & safe facilities! The breakfast was something nice to start your day! The young lady at the front desk was working every day I was there, was very helpful, & was able to help me with any problems! I did not get her name, but had short brown hair with a very tiny nose ring! While speaking with her she showed a lot of enthusiasm about her job & was glad to have this job! Said she would work as much as they would let her work! Diffidently a prize employee!

There were some technical issues with the tv in the room, not working like it should! Had to keep rebooting the box in back of tv! They had the soap dispensers in the bathroom and shower, but no one removed the caps! The young lady I spoke of earlier came to my room to unlock the dispensers & remove the caps! She said the were just being installed & apologized! Very new hotel with just a few kinks to work out! I would stay here again for sure!

This is a brand new facility built on a what felt like a European model. The rooms were efficiently appointed with all of the basics and lighting to accommodate relaxing and desktop work. The free continental plus breakfast was the best I have grade outside of Europe. The facility cost a bit more but it was worth it. Good job Tru.

The hidden deposit security deposit charge is always annoying but it is a necessity in order to keep the juvenile adults in order.

We needed a good stopping point on the road to a school tournament, and Tupelo was the point! My daughter has stayed most recently at Tru properties, and she's a huge fan. I can see why. The property was new, clean and comfortable with well-thought-out amenities.

Three school groups were staying over, and breakfast was very crowded. The staff did a good job of keeping items stocked as best they could.
