Branson's Best

Facility was spotless and staff was just as kind as could be. We loved the fresh, hot breakfast every morning, the pool and the yummy cobbler before bed. The location was perfect: close to everything but we didn’t have to deal with the traffic of the main strip.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. After the first night of a six night stay, our first room's fridge wasn't working right, so they moved us to a different room. Their maintenance man was out of town. The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were a nice size. The window dressings kept out the light pretty well. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker, as well as the standard cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, and bagels. Ice cream and pie was very nice every evening and helped make up for other small shortcomings.

There was only one outlet anywhere near the bed for a CPAP machine, except the one from the corner standing lamp. It was a stretch. The carpet needed a deep cleaning.

The staff is excellent. The cleaning staff is unbelievably good. Everything inside and out is clean. The office staff will help you with everything they can. And of course the cobbler and ice cream at night is awesome to have. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time.

The air in the room couldn't keep up with the elevated temperature outside, mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and vent

The staff was nice, great dessert every evening and nice breakfast. Bathrooms, bedding, and furniture were clean.

Carpet in all 3 rooms were filthy, not with trash or anything like that, but made our socks & feet black with filth and my grandson was playing, and crawled around with his toys on the carpet before we realized it was disgusting. It was very deceiving because it looked clean due to being vacuumed. It definitely needs replaced!!

staff was extremely friendly and helpful! check-in and check-out were a breeze! plenty of parking on all sides of the building! room was clean! the room wasn’t by any means glamorous, but nice for a motel! breakfast was very good, although some fruit options would’ve been nice! the cobbler and ice cream at night were amazing and so fun!! right in the middle of it all so it doesn’t take long to get anywhere!! also have Christian signs around the place and a bible opened to a psalm when you walk in which in my personal opinion is a lovely touch!

only things I’d say could improve are the hair dryer didn’t work in our room, they only have shampoo, no body wash or conditioner, and it’s a tiny little bottle and not very good stuff (so be sure to bring ur own shower stuff lol). and if I’m being really picky, breakfast could use some fruit options!

Location Location Location, we were only 2 mins away from everything.The beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and yummy. They even offered dessert at night. It was quiet and we had an amazing view of the sunrise.The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, they even left little notes in our room to make it personal. When we pulled in, they had a special message on their ad board for a couple spending time in Branson for their anniversary. This is a motel that truly believes they are a bed and breakfast.

Wish there was one extra sleeping area for families larger than 4 with kids(like a couch). This was really the only downfall.

The location was terrific! Close to everything but off on a road that was not as busy.

I did not love finding multiple large spiders all over our rooms. I also did not like that I asked twice during booking to have our rooms next to each other because we have seven people and all very young children with us. The rooms were several rooms apart. Luckily the staff fixed this issue for us. Also the key cards are not marked so we got them mixed up quite a bit. Also the cards would randomly stop working so we were locked out of our rooms.

The breakfast at Branson's Best is very good. They have a variety of hot dishes that will get you going for the day. Then at night they serve Ice Cream and cobbler to top off your evening. The staff is very friendly, always a morning hello !!

There is nothing I can say bad about our stay at Branson's Best. This was a return visit to Branson and this is the same hotel we stayed at before and my first choice this time. If we return to Branson, I will stay there again !

The breakfast was pretty good and had a wide variety of choices! But it was nice folks I met from around the country at breakfast every morning, and the mother and daughter who were helping out in the breakfast area that were so nice and freindly that were a breath of fresh air and brightened everyone’s day!

There were a few guests that weren’t the friendliest but that happens every where you go, but mostly that it was that I couldn’t have stayed longer! I really enjoyed my stay and love Branson and the nice folks out there!
