Dutton Inn

Breakfast was great. The food was all tasty, and we had an excellent selection of items. The breakfast attendant was very cordial and helpful. The complete hotel staff was very friendly and seemed anxious for us to have a pleasant stay. The price was right. We felt that it was a good value.

We stayed at the Dutton Inn several years ago. One of the reasons we returned was that we enjoyed watching a Dutton video while we ate our breakfast. We were disappointed that this has been discontinued. It was one of the things that set it apart from other hotels. Another thing we didn’t like was that there was an envelope in our room for a tip for housekeeping even though there was no housekeeping during our stay.

Really loved the location. It was close to white water and all the stuff on the strip. I also needed one of the rooms for half a day longer and the staff was super accommodating and generous. All the staff I met were very friendly and the breakfast was hot and actually very good. Good price for a fun weekend stay.

I rented 2 rooms. While our room was very clean, our family in the other room found an old banana peel behind a night stand, multiple dark long hairs in the shower and bathroom and their room was quite dirty in some areas. I'm thinking maybe new cleaning staff?? I don't think their room was up to par for the Inn. Breakfast room and all other areas that I saw were clean. The beds only come with 2 small (but comfy) pillows each, so I would definitely recommend bringing extras from home.

It was very close to a all the things we were going to do.

They had no housekeeping during the stay is the only downside. Not sure why. Had to get my own garbage out and get garbage bags from the office to put the dirty towels in and take them to can outside the office. Other than that it was great!! It was very close to all the attractions we were interested in. The employees were very very nice and helpful. You could ask them for whatever you needed for your room and they would get it right away for you.

Very quiet. Beds were very comfortable! Staff was very hospitable, never grumpy or “don’t bother me” attitudes like some places. All English speaking :) Great breakfast! And right by a Starbucks! Check out the gift shop especially the one by the theater.

Limited parking for hotel during the Dutton’s show times. No pool - for some reason we thought there was one. But for price and comfort we would stay again - if we want water, Silver Dollar City is directly across the street!

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there were lots of options. Beds were comfortable. It was close to the main strip but off of it enough to make it easy to avoid the traffic.

One of the ladies in the breakfast area REFUSED to let us leave with food. Two of my kids were exhausted and were still sleeping and I wanted to bring them food. I was told that they needed to come down to get their own food. That was extremely frustrating. The rooms have actual keys which is neat until you realize how easy they are to loose. Also, there is no daily cleaning. I thought this wouldn't be a big deal but with four of us showering and using a ton of towels, dropping the old ones off and getting new ones was a little annoying. It got a little old emptying all the trash too. When you are on vacation, these are things you don't really want to have to do. I have to do enough of that at home.

They breakfast was always good. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. They answered our questions in a timely manner. It was nice getting to meet some of the Duttons at the Dutton Inn and the Dutton Theater. They were very nice and friendly. If we ever make it out to Branson again, we would stay there again.

I do not know if they could improve anything. It was great the way it was.

I loved the location and being able to get around either off the strip or on the strip. perfect location!!! close to silver dollar city as well! the staff is very friendly and the hot breakfast buffet is great! I also love the gift shop on site and great prices. Ver comfortable beds!!

I would say my only dislike would be the wifi is difficult to get on and stay on…and the door locks are old fashioned key to get in your room. Sometimes that is difficult to fidget with. But small price to pay for location and value (and great breakfast included)

The staff was super friendly, check-in was a breeze, and so was check-out. The cleaning staff was gracious and refilled the shower soap immediately when I had asked, and they were so nice. Been a long time since I've been to a hotel where the staff enjoys their jobs and it shows. Customer service with a smile and great conversation! Will definitely go back and stay again.

The staff was courteous. Our room was clean, comfortable & quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with all the different selections of food to choose from & the lady that runs it is nice & friendly! For everything that's included with our stay, the price is Very reasonable! Can't wait to stay here again!!

The refrigerator didn't have a freezer to put our ice packs in. Bacon isn't available on the breakfast buffet.

Comfortable bed. Immaculately clean. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was more than a satisfactory start to the day. Great location to many attractions.

The entrt door had a fair size opening in the lower corner. Easy for a buf to sneak thru. The blackout currain needs a cover across the top. The light just outside the door put a pretty good glow around the qindow.
