Gazebo Inn

The people working here have been some of the warmest, friendliest, and most open people I've met. I felt so comfortable, safe, and welcome here. Breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious with 2 beds, a table, storage space, a fridge, and a microwave. Everything was clean and housekeeping was daily. The Inn is right on the strip, perfect location! The price was low for what was offered.

The water temperature in the sink was a little difficult to adjust, it went from ice cold to too hot very quickly. Other than that, I cannot complain about anything, especially for that price! I would recommend this Inn!

Very clean! Rooms are a little dated, but it is obvious they are slowly making improvements. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was more than just a roll and coffee.

This hotel is across a very busy road from a small amusement park. You hear kids screaming until about 10:30pm. Ask for a room at the back. Need new mattresses.

Location is great, centrally located on the strip. They are dog friendly. We have a small pet, so important for us. Very quiet area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small breakfast to start your day. Very pleasant stay.

Motel a little dated but kept clean and maintained. Will stay again😀

The Gazebo room was bigger than a normal room. The separate jetted tub and shower were nice. The hotel is right in the middle of the main drag and you could walk to alot of things to do in either direction. Everything in Branson seems to be built on an incline so it was downhill away from the hotel to any attraction and uphill on the way back. The staff was really friendly. Our room had good views of the strip. The Gazebo room was a little extra, but I would say it was worth it.

No laundry facility. Be very cautious when riding a motorcycle because of step parking lot. They will let you park where there isn't really a parking space so it's semi level. Just use caution.

The property is located right on the Branson Strip, Easy to get in and out of. Although it's an older buildout, it looks like the property is well taken care of, the suite we were in was Victorian cute, although the painter had a tough time with the chair rail trim. It was impeccably clean. The employee's were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the attendants were great.

The shower leaked a little water on the floor, which really didn't affect us but if not repaired, may affect the ceiling in the breakfast room below.

Didn't eat

The towels. After my shower I dried off my face and something was tickling my face. I held the towel up to the light and there were long hairs on it. Quite a few. Tried a different towel, same thing. I have short hair so it wasn't mine. I was going to tell the front desk as I checked out but both were in the phone. Plus one was the same lady that had checked me in, she wasn't really friendly. They had put us in an upstairs room. I had requested downstairs and told them my husband couldn't climb stairs. She did change my room but didn't seem real happy about it. The room was nice.

I love it here! I love the consistency of this property and the amazing staff. It has made the Gazebo Inn our go to for when we go to Branson, for years! The property here looks, feels, and even smells amazing inside and out! It’s completely spotless in the lobby, the breakfast area, the rooms & especially the bathrooms. The grounds and property are exceptionally well maintained. The staff here is beyond amazing. The atmosphere here is extremely welcoming and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay here is one that you will enjoy. Prior to finding the Gazebo Inn, booking a hotel was stressful, because it was always a gamble hoping you’d end up somewhere that met your expectations. I always read reviews. While they’re helpful, I have also had to immediately check out of a place right after arriving, due to the absolute lack of cleanliness. The place I’m referring to had an over 8/10 rating. However, things like changes in management, ownership, or even in staff, can take its toll on a place that may have been run exceptionally well or extremely poor, previously. There is 1 thing that I’d like to add. It may not affect everyone, but it is something very personal to me. It also makes all the difference in the world for me and it is how people treat me, especially when they become aware that I travel with a service animal. Even though service animals are not an option, regardless of how exceptionally well trained someone’s service animal is, people can still have a tendency to look down on the fact that you require a service companion. That’s never been the case here. You’d be surprised how discriminatory and how bothered people in the hotel industry can be, even though the ADA is supposed to federally prohibit people from treating you this way. I get it because prior to having a service animal, I’d look at reviews…like allows pets and wonder about cleanliness.

all the staff were nice. wish they left cards wit the housekeeper name on it so I can give her a review. she is the sweetest kindhearted lady. she made my family stay very comfortable and kept our room clean. breakfast staff lady was amazing , she kept my son entertained while I grab a few things. she is a very happy spirit human we need more people like her. the rooms are clean!! trust me I use to be a housekeeper. i found no hair in the sink, toilet or shower. sheet were fresh and no stain on any of the towels .

that my son and I are now stuck with a cough we can’t get rid of. I did phone the hotel, told them to please check the filters because were coming down with something think the vents need to be change. front desk said they would work on it.

The location was central to all of the venues we planned to visit during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It included all the necessities: fridge, microwave, hairdryer and even an iron/ironing board.

We love this inn because of many reasons. Because it is such a good value and is in such a great location, we overlook the low set showerhead (we are tall people) and how the mattresses are not as comfy as home. All in all, it is an excellent value for the money.

The staff was amazing. Everyone had a smile and was willing to help. They went above and beyond for my kids and also provided a nice card when they heard it was my birthday. The location was also great. Easy to walk to a lit of fun attractions and places to eat.

The room showed some aged. Frayed carpets and the shower wasn't dirty but it looked dingy. Also, tack strip was poking through where carpet met hardwood. We had to keep a towel over the area.
