Baymont by Wyndham West Plains

Breakfast was good; liked the cutlery dispenser! Room was very comfortable, lots of space to stretch out, well lit, and the refrigerator worked perfectly (didn't use the microwave). Everything was clean and fresh. Off of the main roads so not a lot of traffic noise, which is nice.

Pillows are way too soft, and bed could use a blanket in addition to the sheets and comforter. Side entrance door didn't work very well, but the staff made me aware of it. Smoking area too close to the main door.

The overall hotel was excellent.

I paid through booking.com THEN my debit card was charged twice. The first time, I notified them immediately because I was there, and they said it was the hold. Ok, no big deal. I called down 3 days later after and was told they'd fix it. They ended up taking out another payment. When I involved my bank, they reimbursed me for 1. My bank had to stop payment for the 2nd one on fraudulent action.

It was a cool dark room when we needed it the most. (100+ outside) We loved the water temperature of the pool, about 80 degrees. Fresh made waffles , eggs and sausage for breakfast

The hot tub had a problem they were fixing, but it didn't matter, the pool temp made the pool like a hot tub.

Well, I guess the one item that came up is that I believe it ran out of breakfast items. We left about 8:00 and my husband had gone down and most items were gone. But I was actually surprised breakfast was offered so that was a plus and I fully understand you have to gauge quantities. The gentleman at the night desk was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, just awesome.

Allowed us to bring our small non-shedding dog. Easy access to main roads around area. Fluffy pillows and comfy bed.

Small details needed attention. Dingy wash cloths, keys only worked about 2 out of 5 times. And yes I had them rekeyed. Front desk when we checked in was great, smiling, friendly. That was the last of feeling welcome. Night front desk and today’s front desk. Not so much. Good air conditioning temp control. Comfy pillows and bed. Person in rm 124 on Friday night must have been having a party. Terribly loud noises until after 3 am

Didn't have breakfast there. Lacking a variety of food. Time should be longer for those guests who don't get up as early.

House keeper needs to make sure that coffee and drinks or whatever are replaced for those staying more than overnight.

The hot breakfast was really good! No complaints at all! Our room was always clean when we returned and the staff was super helpful!

The only thing I didn’t like was there were too many animals while we were there.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The AC unit actually worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

I really wish the pool had been open, though I understand most hotels have shut them down due to COVID

The whole time we was there the hot tub didn’t work an the pool area was so hot that my dad started getting sick

breakfast was adequate. biscuits, gravy, sausage first morning. cereal, banana, coffee second day.

requested quiet room, because i have difficulty sleeping. room location was perfect. someone with 2 small dogs occupied the room next to mine. they barked at everything.
