Comfort Inn Willow Springs

Convenient, safe location and parking, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable bed, quiet, great choices for breakfast, great rates. We'd stay here again if we are in the area again. Near Loves gas.

Everything was great at the hotel but we were there on Sunday of Labor Day weekend, steakhouse next door not open, only one restaurant downtown was open: Jason's Mexican Restaurant but it was good.

The breakfast was AMAZING. They had the best selection of foods we have seen at a hotel complementary breakfast, the staff was extremely quick to refill any empty containers and clean tables, and the food was all delicious. We could not have been more pleased with the kindness of the staff as well

Nothing could have been improved in our stay, we were so fully satisfied that we booked this hotel again on our travels back from our vacation as well. They were kind, qualified, and competent.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect and easy to find.

The receptionist insisted on running my credit card. Explained to her that Booking.com already has my credit card information, and the account is charged since I showed up at the facility. She refused to acknowledge this info and went ahead with running the card. The result was that my account was temporarily charged twice and I had to call the hotel to rectify the situation. Previously, no other hotel did run the credit card. May be the facility at Willow Springs need to be made aware that Booking.com go ahead with charging the account and there is no need to double charge. Thnk you.

This is an amazing gem. Arrived during a tornado watch and the gentleman at the reception desk was kind and ready to tell me the action plan if one were to touch down. The room was exceptional, clean and comfortable. The next morning heavy thunderstorms delayed my exit from the property and once again the staff was kind and helpful.

Not one thing.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. It almost felt like talking to old friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the comforts listed. I am driving across country and this is the 10th hotel and the favorite so far. I will be sure to keep it as a favorite if I ever need to drive through again.

Umm maybe the bathtub was a little narrow? Lol I have to dig to find something bad.

It was a great place to stop for the night! The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. But the breakfast bar made it worth staying there!

We were told we could use the side entrance but after getting unpacked and ready to go inside while it was 20° Outside it didn’t work. After telling the staff, it still didn’t work the rest of our stay. But not a big deal since the front door is close.

The breakfast was very well done, and the staff very helpful. Will be using them again soon.

Everything worked out surprisingly well, and I have nothing really to complain about.

Clean. Lovely Staff. Good breakfast with no shortage of stock. The local pizza shop is a real bonus if you stay here, only 5 mins up the road. If we ever needed a hotel along this highway again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Grat value and ideally located.

The breakfast is great. the staff is friendly, and are always happy to help. My second stay there in a couple of months, and I'll be back again.

I love to complain, and they don't really give me anything to complain about.

Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and more. Room was clean and up to date. Microwave and fridge and coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cattleman's steak house next door was pretty good and 10% discount with stay at Comfort Inn.

Bed was very hard. Some may like it that way, my old body did not.
