Best stay we’ve had in a while and we traveled quite a bit this summer. We had to come to town for just one night for our sons football game. Was a quick trip but was great. The staff was wonderful.

I wish breakfast started earlier than 7. I know staffing may be an issue but truly, travelers sometimes get up and going early, we would have loved for our kids to get something to eat before we left but 7 is way too late in the morning. Some hotels start at 5, which is so preferred.

The lobby and breakfast area are Beautiful. Comfortable to sit in when you don’t want to be in your room. The beds were very comfortable and overall it’s a very quiet location. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

The TV in our room (235) didn’t work properly. It couldn’t get all the channels. The one in the living room was fine. even though we had told that we had three people in our room, there were no linens for the pull out bed when we got there and we had to ask for them.

Our room was amazing!! We wanted to get a large room with an area to hangout since we were traveling with my toddler and planned to have my sister and best friend over. It was absolutely perfect! To have the kitchen, dining room table, sofa bed area, two TVs, etc., we could not have been happier. Staff was friendly! Everything was clean!

Our bedside alarm went off at 6:00am and woke my son after he hadn't slept most of the night. Maybe someone could check the clocks between each customer to keep that from happening to others. Not a huge deal though! Literally everything else was perfect!!

Breakfast was great. Typical fare, both warm and cold food choices. Seating area was bright and airy with lodge feel. Traveling with teens, we appreciated the separate living room/kitchen.

Wish the bathroom area is completely separate from the sleeping area so lights at sink don't wake up other sleepers. Could use warmer/larger bedding. Covers were short... don't want to get in a cover war during the middle of the night.

Location was great. Great breakfast.

Their hot tub wasn’t working. I reserved because they had a hot tub. I stayed here last year and the hot tub wasn’t working. I assumed it would of been fixed by now.

The property was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming.

The breakfast was not good. The first morning there was no food the cook showed up late. the next morning there was no food since it would run out and was not replaced.

Advertised airport shuttle, which is why we booked this hotel, however the shuttle was not available 24/7 so it wasn’t available for our early morning flight.

The staff, the room, the dining area. Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. Coffee in the morning was good.

It was a large room and very clean. Staff accommodated our request to be on the main floor. Lobby and breakfast area was very spacious.

The room was large enough and well laid out. If I had a family there, I probably would have wanted more space, but for a couple for two days it was very commodious. It felt very clean. I especially liked that all the dishes were in the dishwasher and freshly cleaned on arrival. Staff were very friendly and I appreciated contactless check in and check out. All staff were wearing masks when I saw them.

The breakfast was a pretty gross packaged muffin, a flavorless apple, and a NutriGrain bar. Also, the first and last thing a guest uses is the luggage cart and the wheels were sticky. Needed a kitchen trash can.

The staff was friendly both at check in and check out. The pillows were unbelievably soft!

Not the hotels fault. We specifically booked (or so we thought) room that stated had a jacuzzi/spa bath in the room. At the property we were kindly told no rooms had that feature. Had we known that we wouldn't have spent $200 for the few hours we were there. Again, not the hotels fault. (:
