Ramada by Wyndham Butte

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Originally I was given a room that was toward the back on the first floor in a location that felt isolated to me as a single traveler. I asked if they could find me another room, and the very helpful woman at the front desk gave me a new room without any drama or judgement and it was perfect. it was on the second floor, right near the lobby exactly as I had asked. it was clean and comfortable and quiet and I stayed there for 3 nights with no problems at all. The free breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts that I have experienced at an affordable hotel. It was staffed by a very friendly gentleman named Cash (I believe) who greeted everyone cheerfully and kept the selection stocked with fresh eggs and biscuits and other items.

The property doesn’t look great from the outside, especially around the back.

Front counter staff was very friendly and very efficient. The male preparing breakfast met every customer with a smile and friendly good morning. He was a bundle of energy, non stop in preparing an outstanding selection of breakfast foods. I view this man as a valuable employee that is underpaid. Sadly, Ramada will lose this employee if they don't pay him for what he is worth ($14.00 an hour doesn't cut it in today's cost of living).

Good experience overall, clean and good beds for a good nights sleep which is all I wanted. We travelled on motorcycles and were surprised at the poor condition of the paved parking lot. There were several large pot holes that could prove to be dangerous in the dark and should be repaired immediately.

Room was very cozy and set up nicely, breakfast was great chief/host was awesome and very friendly, went above and beyond. Was a little excitement outside in the morning that the hotel staff handled very well

Couldn’t have asked for a much better stay, we were just passing threw town, everyone we met while in town was super friendly!!

The staff was super friendly. Specially Cash at the breakfast. I went to eat breakfast with out any money but actually went back to the room and got some just so I can tip him. We made the start of our day soooo wonderful!

The hotel is old and facilities are little outdated. The carpet has the wet dog smell.

The receptionist was a 10+. She provided great information about best doors to enter, pet facilities and potential towel shortage with an extreme politeness. She even provided a baggage cart at the closest entrance before we got there. She advised us that there may be a shortage of towels in our room but to just call her and she would deliver towels promptly. We tried to call about the towels but the phone didn't work so we got towels by going to the front desk.

We only had one hand towel and one wash cloth when we arrived. The phone didn't work so we went to the front desk for bath towels. No soap but we carry our own.

The breakfast attendant was great, the best we've ever had. Plenty of space in the room, one bed was extremely comfortable and location was very convenient. Front desk was accommodating when we needed an HDMI cable for our room.

Our room overlooked the indoor pool and every time we walked in we were greeted with a wave of chlorine odor.

Well worn, but everything worked just fine. A continental breakfast was included. In fact it was a proper breakfast with all one could wish for. Service was cheerful, committed and far better than we had come to expect from hotels in this class. At one stage we suspected that the guy looking after the breakfast service was in fact the company’s CEO under cover!

BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIRE ANOTHER PAINTING CONTRACTOR. THE PAINT JOB WAS THE LAZY AND FULL OF HITS AND THE ATTEMPT TO CUT THE WALL WITH THE POP CORN CEILING WAS DISTURBING AND FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. I know these things seem unimportant but the quality of a paint job does affect a person's opinion of a space event when they don't identify it.

The room was very clean and appealing. The TV didn’t work but I was ready to sleep anyway.

The breakfast was unappetizing. Hot entrees were salty and unflavored. The hallways and lobby need to be refurbished but the room was nice and quiet.

Everything met or exceeded expectations. We want to give kudos to Cash, the gentleman who took care of the breakfast room. Everything was delicious, and he went out of his way to make each guest feel special. His hospitality was superb. We highly recommend the facility based on his attitude and actions
