Country Inn Libby

We didn’t partake of the breakfast, but they were generous with the bottled water (which for me was huge). Everyone here is extremely friendly including Shadow! It was easy to check in and out. The room was spacious even if the bathroom was a little small. Beds were a little uncomfortable for my taste, but I will take it since the hospitality was so good.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for us and the bathrooms were small, BUT these were very minor inconveniences. The only other thing I can suggest is maybe having an extra blanket and pillow available in the rooms, but again, too cold? Turn on the heat. Too hot? Turn on the air. Need a pillow? Call or go to the front. Minor things that I am literally searching for.

The property was very nice outside and inside. Our room was very clean and the towels smelled so good. They had complimentary cold bottled water and breakfast items available 24 hours a day. I reserved a room for Sunday & Monday nights. Early on Monday afternoon, we were involved in a car accident and our car was totaled. My husband’s brother had our other car and offered to bring it to us. Tom and another front desk person were so awesome when we asked to extend our stay one night and get a room for our family members bringing us our other car. We can’t thank them enough for helping us out. The entire staff was the most helpful and genuinely warm and nice. We will be back, guaranteed!

For a place this cheap I couldn’t believe how highly rated it was while looking online. Usually cheaper places have the worst reviews. But we decided to gamble and stay here. The best customer service I’ve had in years. They’re so friendly and they have homemade cookies waiting for you at the front desk. They have a 24-hour continental breakfast with fresh fruit, bagels, egg muffins, cereal, Free bottles of water, etc etc etc. the room is so clean and cozy. The vibe is awesome all around. Will definitely stay the next time we are through. Very tranquil, happy stay. They even have roku on the tv! And a faux fireplace thing haha.

Tom at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and started our stay on a great note! We stayed in the room with three queen beds and it was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The 24 hour continental breakfast was really convenient and the free cookies are fire. There are bunnies that hang out in the grass outside and they put a smile on our faces as well. It was very quiet there so we slept really well and that was a plus. AC kept the room really cool. Smart TV was good to have but on the small side.

There wasn’t counter space at the sink for toiletries and getting ready, and the sink drain pipe leaked. We just put a garbage can under it and told the staff, so hopefully it gets fixed for future guests. It’s just an older building in general and honestly it’s to be expected that there will be some minor issues. I really didn’t expect anything fancy when I booked our stay, but in my opinion the room was overpriced for what it was.

Dog friendly, Staff was nice on all encounters, they accommodated an early check out, stay was quiet, great location, breakfast was satisfactory, room was clean and spacious, great tv options overall I was pleasantly surprised, it was much nicer than I expected and I’d definitely stay again

this is not the hotels fault, but the giant flashing sign to the storage unit outside the window, the storage owners should be ashamed and turn it off at night, it’s not Las Vegas! I couldn’t get the heater/air unit working in our room but it was too late when I realized, it ended up fine because I just opened the window but that made the sign more noticeable I think they forgot to offer me the cookie I’ve read about in other reviews :-(

Absolutely loved the 24 hour breakfast and also the availability of bottled water. Everything packaged so perfectly for the breakfast. I seem to get anxious about making sure to get to breakfast during designated times when we travel, but that worry was eliminated with the 24 hour breakfast. Also, no crowds. The people who worked at the reception desk were so helpful and welcoming. Loved learning about Libby and their experiences!!!! Will for sure stay here next time we are in town!!!! :) :) :)

Wish we could have stayed longer!!!!!

Location was excellent. The amenities were great. Full kitchen and outdoor grill and facility was a nice bonus. Landscaping was well cared for. The 24/7 breakfast bar was well appreciated! The free cookies and water were a hit! Love that staff can bring there dog to work. Didn’t meet all the staff but Josh and his dog Shadow, Joe, Sherri they were all great! Definitely going to rebook.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The check in / check out process was super smooth — we never had to see or contact the owner. The location is great, right next to the Silver Mountain Resort and gondola.

The place wasn’t as clean as your typical budget hotel accommodation, with dust and breadcrumbs in the nooks and crannies of the bed and kitchenette. There was also an unfortunate sanitary issue with the room when we arrived. The main bed was way too soft to be comfortable.

Wasn’t sold on the idea of a 24hr breakfast but it was pretty good and really convenient. The staff is great and always making sure you are doing well. It’s all the little things they do well from the pleasant welcome, to home made cookies in the lobby for you to grab anytime, to the free water bottles they continuously make sure you help yourself too, to the super-friendly nature of the staff, etc.

This didn’t bother me at all but I thought I’d mention it. The Interior Design isn’t contemporary by any means so for those looking for a really updated looking room, then you may need to go to a bigger chain. I’d describe the decor as cozy.

The room was spacious, clean , and very comfortable. The 24 hr breakfast was excellent: everything was wrapped and dated to indicate when each item was placed in the tray to assure freshness. People could make a large breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, or waffles, breads and hot or cold cereal, juice, delicious yogurt.

Only two of the lights in our room worked, We had a light over the sink and the bathroom light, but no bed lights floor light or over head lights would come on. That means 2 out of 6 were usable. I should have called the desk .
