Best Western West Hills Inn

Breakfast offers the typical selection of hot and cold options. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was on hand to keep things refreshed and provide help to guests. Plenty of seating available as well. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Easy access to both the parking and all of the amenities in the hotel.

Some of the toiletries in our room were missing or needed to be refilled. Easily got what we needed as soon as we asked.

Needed a room for an overnight stay and this was perfect. Our room was close to an exterior door, patio/courtyard, and pool. The room was enormous, could have easily held a 3rd queen bed. Very clean room and facilities as a whole. Breakfast was great, wide variety of items, including freshly made scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing unpleasant

This hotel is always a stop for us! While looking for some luxury after a long day of travel we booked a king suite, usually, it's the same room, which is gorgeous, this time we got a room with a balcony! Other than storming while we were there, it was a beautiful stay as always!

The hot water took a while to get hot in the shower.

Comfortable beds, large room, microwave, fridge, tv, pool and hot tub, comfy furniture in hallways to visit, breakfast and treats in the afternoon

The hot tub felt great but needed a higher step to get into it- it was a long step down. The room key cards had to brought to the desk because they wouldn’t work to open the door several times. Breakfast items ran out before breakfast was over.

The breakfast was very good . Jacob, the chef was sociable and helpful... had a wonderful week vacation. close to lots of activities and places to see. Courtney, checkin/checkout desk, was very helpful and answered our questions. love the sandhills. so much to see..

I was extremely pleased. I rented a double queen room with a wet bar. It was actually a double queen suite so it had a little kitchen. The king rooms are advertised as being a suite. You should advertise the queen ones as being a suite too. We have food intolerances so we need to prepare our own food when travelling. This was perfect. The employees were very friendly. We had a great time!

I wish Covid restrictions could end. I didn't like taking my dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for new ones. Also, any supplies you need like soap or toilet paper must be acquired at the front desk. But it's a small price to pay to be able to still travel.

The view of the Black Hills is amazing from the Hill top location. The check in was fast and friendly. The motel has upgraded their pool and hot tub. The breakfast is wonderful.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The only negative was that room above us had a loud stomper.

We found this little hotel by accident a year ago and splurged for a king spa suite, loved it! Didn't want to leave, but we did and came back a year later and got the same room. The staff was friendly and quick to check us in, and the Country Kitchen across the parking lot is always a plus! Room was cool, quiet and dark.

The location is terrific... It's right at the entrance of town. Easy to find... Several restaurant choices within a couple of miles. (We just went to Taco Johns down the street.)... Plenty of space for the dog to walk around. The young woman who checked us in was efficient and super friendly to the dog. Good air conditioned, clean room. Breakfast was adequate. Price of the hotel was fine. Chadron is a terrific option and springboard to Rushmore/Deadwood/Rapid City black hills area.. Would definitely return....

It was in a great area and everything was very clean and comfortable, we arrived earlier than expected but the staff was amazing in making sure our room was ready early.

Some of the breakfast like the eggs and gravy tasted kind of old but everything else tasted great.
