We really had a good stay. We were met with pleasant staff. Very helpful Slept great. staff in the morning were great. Everything was clean. Would stay again. We were close to the funeral that we need to be at.
The breakfast was a nice but would like to see less peppers in everything. Not in potatoes & eggs. Maybe just scrambled eggs. Coffee in the dispenser was luke warm. Could have been hotter. But good amount of food after all the strange things the world has been through.

Nicer and newer. Very happy with our one night stay. In 6 days it was the only hotel with hot food. So we stayed and enjoyed it!!
We have no complaints with the hotel. It was very good. Our complaint is with Booking.com. We do not like that we specifically said we would pay upon arrival. I had to provide a credit card. Ok, but, they went ahead and charged my card unbeknownst to us until we arrived. And, hotel people were unaware. I could go on and on.... I will just say that Hampton Inn does not need them. Drop them, we’ll find you without them.

The room was very clean...we liked that there was a refrigerator in our room!! We liked that there was a continental breakfast! We liked that check out time was 11:00, so we didn't have to hurry to get out of there!!
There was no hot tub, which we would have liked to be able to sit in... The maid didn't come and clean our room, therefore we got no clean towels! Really can't think of anything else we didn't like!!!

During a the time of Covid, we felt very safe and comfortable with the precautions used. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, loved the roominess of the bathroom as well as the style. The amenities were great, fridge & microwave that we’d be prepared to use next time.
We’d prefer not to be on 1st floor. Lights from parking lot and local businesses encouraged us to keep shade drawn.

The free WiFi was awful. Reliable WiFi should always be included as part of the stay. It’s the 21st century for crying out loud!
