Front desk staff was very nice, both night and morning. Dryers for guest were not working, but housekeeping dried out clothes for us.
Handicap room could have been more accommodating for handicap. Should have walk-in showers for those who are in wheelchair. Bathtubs were very slippery, with no tub mats for safety.

Everything was great except that the mattress was unbearably soft and I woke up with an extreme backache. The catering for the conference was very good. The staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. They went our of their way to be helpful.
The mattress was absolutely awful. Way too soft. One of the worst mattresses I have ever encountered.

We stay here quite a bit. I have family in the area and my kids look forward to "the pirate ship hotel." As far as Ramadas go, this place is always very clean, offers a wonderful breakfast and feels very safe. The pool is great for kids.
They do let outside people swim in the pool (for a fee) and at times you get unsupervised or rowdy kids (AND ADULTS) there. Make sure the pool is open before you book--we've made that mistake before. :)

The staff are so nice. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fabulous! I will stay here every time I go to Columbus.
The color that they painted the bottom of the pool makes it look dirty and my kids would not swim in it.

Good location and near the highway. Very nice place. My room was clean and comfortable. Only thing pop machine wasn’t working. Very good breakfast. Might come here again.
The noise next door cause they slammed the door a lot especially in the morning early hours. That’s only I didn’t like. Otherwise it’s was quite.
