Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn and Suites

It was clean & comfortable. Kent was at the front desk at checkin and was extremely helpful with inf information about the area including Hastings whe where we were heading the next day.

Checking out Sunday morning about 10am I was unable to get a receipt. The woman at the desk said since I booked with booking.com they had to email me a receipt as she couldn’t get into site. This has never happened before and I usually book with booking.com and get a receipt at the front desk.

the night guy kept liking ant me and kept explaining to me about drinks in the pool area. best I that I didn’t have any drinks with me again after hearing about it for two days earlier. Then there was two different groups with coolers in the pool area and they didn’t get the lecture over drinks in the pool area. the gentleman that was sitting next to me had a empty coffee cup and his wife had a foam cup with only water in it. the staff guy didn’t even ask it empty or not just got on his I told you about drinks.

The in-room refrigerator and microwave were very helpful. The beds were nice; they had some softness! Most hotels cover cinder blocks with sheets. And the room had space -- ample walking room, luggage room, etc. It felt comfortable, not claustrophobic. We'll look for this hotel again!

The front desk staff, a gentleman (manager?) was a bit aggressive as he described that we weren't allowed to have other people in the room or in the pool with us. We were in town to see family -- one person. But it was apparent that we could not have her come see us at the hotel. We arrived late, so we had to find a restaurant that was open later in order to accomodate our visit. We had to sit in a restaurant booth the entire visit with our relative. That was not what we'd planned. Hanging out at the pool or in our room would have been more comfortable.

The breakfast was very good and well located for our convenience. Everyone found something they liked.

There could be more of Mr. Kent and Ms. Betty at the front desk - although, they would probably be hard to duplicate! They are the best!!!

Ken brought us down to our room to make sure it was going to be perfect for us. He showed us how to work the thermostat and wanted to make sure we understood the workings of the shower. AND the bed was lower than usual beds to help with the handicap issue. Wow!!!

I loved how welcoming the front desk was and she helped me change my information for my rewards. She even had a conversation with me and talked to my girls.

Could have used better food for breakfast. Offered more drinks. More room to eat.

The staff was great and very professional, property was clean and very nice.

The beds were not comfortable, felt very hard, my daughter could not sleep the first night, and slept on the floor the second night, and said it was better than the bed.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were traveling with a 6 month old and the single king too was very spacious with enough room for all three of us. Kent at the front desk was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast had lots of great options. Would definitely stay again!

The entrance, hallways and room were all very clean. The breakfast was very good. A staff member opened up the conference room for us to eat our breakfast due to breakfast area being full. Pool was excellent.

Staff all around was excellent, friendly and helpful. Close to many restaurants, the whirlpool was great and the morning breakfast was hot and had many choices.

Not right off interstate, had to drive in 4+miles, but was well worth it.
