Very clean and new rooms. Coffee to do mashine available. We was nice suprised.

Only one little minus. We got room nr.100 which is close to gasoline station and through aircondition we heard every truck, car a voice. But even this we slept well.

An older motel, but very clean and easy to find; walkable distance to Beatty Museum, several restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and things to visit. Well worth the price, especially considering the outrageous prices for lodging in Death Valley itself only an easy 30-mile drive away. 4 miles from ghost-town Rhyolite

You need to tell the staff that you want the room cleaned daily, if you are there for more than one night; otherwise, they don't change towels, make bed, etc.

Location and room were perfect! We were close to the highway without the noise. We enjoyed an evening walk to the community park while enjoying the sunset. The hotel was a great host for our dog Hank with a room that was large enough to provide floor space for his bed, food/water dish setup, plus room to walk around. Highly recommend as a pet friendly and clean.

For the price point, there was nothing that we disliked. The room is very functiable and served us well during our stop over. Truly appreciated the staff's friendliness and the location.

The interior of the room has been updated with a beautiful bathroom with a waterfall sink, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The only downside was that there was a smell of cigrette smoke in the room. It was likely just remnants of the past guests who ate at the nearby restaurant where smoking is allowed and who came back with that smell on their clothing. We literally could not stay in the restaurant to eat, as the smoke was so thick (and we were supposedly in the non-smoking section). However, the hotel itself was very nice and the location is perfect as it's so close to Death Valley National Park and half the price of a hotel inside the park.

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms, fridge and microwave in the room. nearby there is a gas station and Smoking J’ grill place. Personnel was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, great place to stay but remember to check you keys before leaving (see more in drawbacks section).

During the night I went outside to get a bottle of water from the car and unfortunately could not come back as key stopped working. Thankfully, staff came back quickly to the reception (which is not manned during the night) but I spent worrying 10-15 minutes outside at 3am.

Room's were ultra clean, modern, and newly built room interiors. The location was perfect as it was immediately at the border of Death Valley. And also, all the restaurants are within walking distance. There is a very yummy BBQ place just in front of a motel. Our kid loved eating there! We reached very late at night (exactly at midnight). The motel staff made sure that we received our room keys without any hassle and instructed their sister hotel nearby to receive us. The staff was very courteous and friendly... we would recommend this motel to everyone! Overall, we are more than satisfied to make our reservation here :)

The room was a handicap space very large, with a large wheelchair accessible bathroom that had a large wheelchair accessible shower with a rain shower head and a handheld head.. It had a king bed with goose neck reading lamps and end counters with shelves underneath. There was a small fridge and a microwave and a desk and chair. A flat padded bench was against the wall. A stand alone closet was in the room. A small flat screen TV was on the wall. There is a BBQ restaurant at the parking lot and other restaurants across the street and a few blocks away. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional. The AC/heat unit kept the room warm at the lowest setting when the outside temperature was in the 30s.

There is a 100 plus year old building being renovated next to the parking lot. The work didn't start until after 8AM

A pretty basic hotel/motel but I expected that when I booked it. It was nice and clean and perfectly adequate for our one night stay as a stopover on the way to Yosemite. Reception staff were nice and friendly. The BBQ restaurant next door was very charming with friendly staff and good food. We enjoyed our stay.

Room had a slightly strange odour when we first walked in.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is centrally located in town and within easy walking distance of dining and convenience stores. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a bit cramped. Needed to make sure to close the door before sitting on the toilet or else the knees would be in the way of the door. A sliding pocket door would be better or have the door swing out instead of into the bathroom. The wall heater unit was blowing cool air even when switched to High Heat. Seemed to be working better later on.

Evelyn at the front desk was wonderfully helpful; the room had been remodeled; comfortable beds; spacious bathroom area; good size refrigerator. The front desk had copies of a helpful map with nearby restaurants marked & the restaurant menus.

Non slip floor & grab bars in the shower would have been helpful (there was a rubber bath mat but too small for the size of the shower), as well as asoap dish by the sink.
