The hotel is right by The Strip, so it's easy to get to. It is being renovated and most of the interior looks pretty new now. Our room was comfortable and clean, with very little noise coming in from outside.

Las Vegas allows smoking in casino's. It appears that the hotel tries to mask the smell of cigarettes with an overabundance of strong air freshener, which was a bit uncomfortable. This is only in the casino/lobby though, the rest of the hotel is fine.

I LOVED that the property was very large and offered endless amenities on the grounds. I had my grandson for a night and I was able to take him to have FUN in the Hotel, as a Nonni who ADORES her grandchildren this was PRICELESS 🍾🎉🎉

I only have one complaint and that’s that the bathroom seemed as though the staff may have been rushing through to clean. I am a detailed person and the bathroom room door was not clean and also the faucet in the bathroom was not wiped cleaned. So I went out to get disinfectant wipes to clean that door and the faucet and wiped down ALL surfaces in the room.

Comfy beds and pillows, very large room with dark blinds that keep the sun out. Modern bathroom with really nice large shower. Location is at the center of the action on the strip.

There is no coffee maker or microwave in rooms... we were lucky to get a small fridge but be aware you might have to pay extra if you want any of these basic hotel room items. Check-In process is on a machine - no personal service. There is a resort fee on top of the room fee. Morning coffee is $5.99 for a small cup in the hotel bistro.

The room was the best clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like people smoking in the casino. We realize it is accepted but we did not like it. The location was great we visited 10 casinos within walking distance. We used public transportation and the trans located in the Horseshoe.

Indoor smoking. But it is not your fault. Most of the staff was very helpful. some were

The hotel is right on the strip, so you have great access to the strip and other hotels/casinos. Hotel is connected to Paris hotel, so we were able to walk through paris and come out right by the bellagio. Given the location, great value for money compared to some of the other vegas hotels For poker players, the poker area is one of the better ones with lots of tables with reasonable buy ins

When we were there, the hotel was transitioning from Ballys to Horsehoe. This meant that there were building works. The gym was okay, but could have been better, and the food court in the basement was okay but not as good as some of the other food courts in the other casinos/hotels. Didn't have as many restaurant options as you would like, but as it is connected to Paris, wasn't a huge issue

Guy Fieri’s Flavourtown was amazing. Casino staff were great. Our upgraded suite in the updated wing was fantastic with his and hers double-sided bathroom, walk-in shower and a huge soaker tub.

The pool area played loud R&B music throughout the day. We didn’t bother going for a swim even though it was 117F. We are older and do not enjoy loud party music. Pools should be serene oases.

Big room and hotel directly on the strip. So perfectly located. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean

We had to pay more than expected, and it was a bit obscure as the check in process was done at an electronic check in counter without talking to an employee to understand where the costs come from

Perfect location for everything. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Great views of the Strip.Nice to have a mini-fridge.

It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room, particularly since breakfast choices were limited in the hotel. We were also quite annoyed when, on the last day of our stay, we requested to extend the stay by another day. On the Bally's website, the most expensive room that was if the same type as mine was listed at $170. However, when we asked for the rate to extend our reservation, we were quoted $224. With the company's Caesar's Rewards card, they dropped it to $205 (plus resort fees), but that was still $35 more than listed on the website. This is poor service. We were a group here for business, with four rooms, yet your booking desk couldn't match the same price as on the website. Very unprofessional.

Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Location is idea, walk to all events on the strip.

Focus on the Reno’s are a key selling point, however basic and easy fixes were not addressed. Smoke permeates the casino and lobby.
