amazing location just off the strip - although right now I’d avoid it (June/July 2023) because roadworks make getting Ubers/Taxis so hard. Rooms are amazing, new and super comfortable with everything you need.

Location was our reason to choose this hotel: just off the Las Vegas strip, but in walking distance of major attractions/hotels. The Marriot Grand Chateau does not have a casino, which is a big 'plus' for us. The rooms are spacious and have a good bathroom.

I like how the tub was in the bedroom. and had a very nice view of the vegas strip. which out you can see the lights like the location of the hotel in the middle of everything
even thought i like the tub in the room did care for where in was in the room. Pull out bed wasn't very uncomfortable

Exceptional customer service with nothing being too much trouble. Room was huge with every facility you could ever want. Took 10 minutes to walk onto the strip and was far enough away from it to be able to relax and recharge. Wasn’t due to fly out until 5pm but could store bags and was given an amenities key to access pool and activities until we needed to go. Dedicated Uber pick up lane made it easy to get to the airport. Overall the best choice we could have made.
Free “gift” given at check in was 500 points and the opportunity for the concierge to try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. Not interested and never will be, slightly annoying but a firm no was sufficient to put them off.

I actually had checked into the West Gate Flamingo Bay Resort but found it to be to far from the strip, so within 30min of checking in I was looking for better afforadle options, and by luck I ran across the Marriott with available rooms the same day. So I checked out the Flamingo Bay and checked into the Marriott. Best decision. The prices was very reasonable for a newly renovated hotel on a summer weekend in Vegas. The rooms have a full kitchen, beautiful new rooms separte living and bedroom, and a view of the strip. The resturants in the hotel were good, and most of the staff was was very pleasant. The Marriott has the convenience to get to the Vegas strip without the irritation of actually being on the strip.
I checked in kinda early at 12:30pm right after booking the room last minute at 11:30am the same day. My room wasnt ready til 5:20pm, so the wait for my room to be available for a little upsetting, however the lobby was nice and comfortable to wait until the room was ready.
