We had such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend the King Suite! It is perfectly appointed and very spacious. BEDROOM: It has a COMFY king bed in the bedroom. Blackout curtains are also provided. It has a free standing armoire instead of a closet. There is seating and plenty of space. A desk is also provided. The TV is gaming system friendly. We brought our xbox and we were able to hook it up no problem. The bedroom also features blackout curtains if you are a light sleeper. The air conditioning unit is modern and has digital temperature control. Not just an on /off switch. LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious and very comfortable. It has a full size pull out couch, 2 upholstered chairs, coffee table, TV, lamp and ceiling fan. Blackout curtains are also offered in the living room for guests who are using the pull out couch for sleep. KITCHEN: The kitchen is really well appointed. It has a seating bar with 2 chairs as well as a small kitchen table, also with 2 chairs. It has a mini-fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, small microwave, as well as dishes and flatware. K-Cups are provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is very spacious with double sinks and granite counters, a very large soaking tub, and a glass shower that's big enough for 2. The other nice feature is that the toilet is behind its own door which allows for multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time. Thank you Best Western for such a wonderful day! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We just can't say enough. Highly recommend. We will stay again!

The door is a little difficult to open and close. We had to push pretty hard to open and slam pretty hard to close. That would be our only criticism

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in 48-degree heat on a motorcycle, and initially, we were given an upstairs room, which we asked to be changed to downstairs room, and our request was taken care of. The breakfast was very good.

The location to restaurants and bars, only Peggy Sue diner open on Monday night.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great. They put thought and effort into following COVID protocols while having a range of breakfast items to choose from. Also, it was a very quiet location. I was pleasantly surprised! I also loved that they still have microwaves and fridges. So many places are doing away with those so I really appreciated that!

It was overpriced, but it seems like economics is in play. There aren't a lot of options so you stay where you can and pay the rate.

We had just driven 12 hrs from Billings to Mesquite It was killer to find a bed so comfortable and my wife wanted to steal the pillows 😁 I held her back for fear of reprisal lol The little omelets were pretty good also Usually place that ser e them make you wonder what they're made of Thanks for the pleasant stay

Breakfast selection was very limited. Hoping for more choices and variety.

Upon arrival the pullout bed was dirty with chocolate stains on the blue blanket and popcorn spilling out. There was also a bloody tissue on the blue, fleece blanket.

Reception/check in person was excellent. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is next to a gas station, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Cafe Ole and Hardies all within walking distance. Makes it a good place to stay overnight. Bed was comfortable. Was able to park right next to the room which was nice. My room had a couch bed which would make traveling with kids nice

The room layout was a little weird with the shower separate from the sink. Also the television was in a little living room area which made the television fare from the bed. There was a couch bed thing to sit on but it was uncomfortable. Final complain is the television has HDMI ports but you can not switch to the ports to watch content from a computer or Chrome stick.

We loved the pool, how close it is to Smiths, Starbucks and other food places. We also like that they have free breakfast..

The card wasn't working well so we had to keep trying 3/4 times to open our room door.

Good breakfast. We loved the entrance with its nice tables and complimentary coffee and tea. We liked the configuration of room which had a separate area for the bed and the sofa. We appreciated having the bathroom sink outside of the toilet room.

The queen bed was too soft.

I liked that there was a sofa for watching TV. I liked that the queen bed in our room was in a separate alcove. There were ample electrical outlets for charging devices.

The bathroom door knob was on backwards, so it was hard to open. Something was wrong with the front door. We had trouble getting out of the room. The TV remote didn't work well.

The facility was clean

My husband has trouble walking and I should have requested a main floor room. The biggest hardship was getting him up and down the stairs. Our room was in an awful location for us.
