big room, good bed, good shower, near Valley of Fire

too much styrofoam at breakfast. an environmental disaster.

This hotel has everything you need as a traveler. Comfortable room, refrigerator, microwave, and easy access to ice and vending machine. I brought my dog and there was plenty of space outside to do his business. As a bonus there is an excellent Mexican food restaurant across the street.

Staff she was very friendly, gave us suggestions for breakfast place very nice. Room clean, location was good.

If it has breakfast will be convenient for us and save time.

Perfect location if going to Valley of Fire. If you're going to Valley of Fire, get out there early as it gets very crowded. Hotel is nice, nothing special. It's clean with lots of area around the hotel to walk your dog.

Nothing about the hotel to complain about. Only thing is there are very limited locations to eat near the hotel. Think most people eat at the Mexican place across the street which was okay, not great. Have a good meal plan.

For a place outside of Vegas, this was clean and comfortable. We went there to enjoy the Valley of Fire and it was very convenient for that. The Mexican food place called la Fonda across the street turned out to be good. This is a hard time of year for folks out in the rural areas to make ends meet and they really don’t like people arriving after 9:00 pm. We tested that when my flight arrived later than scheduled. Nonetheless, we communicated and things worked out OK. They even turned on the hot tub, especially for us.

I would like to be able to have more flexibility on check-in but they clearly advertised that and were true to their word on everything.

I say this rarely, but this hotel was nearly perfect! No complaints, everything was great, clean, very comfortable room, great breakfast, nice pool (although I didn't use it).

Well, one tiny thing: the room had only 2 very small hand soaps, great to wash your hands but inadequate for a shower after visiting Valley of Fire State Park all day in the heat. (Fortunately I always keep the soaps from previous hotel stays.)

Stayed at this hotel last year so I knew what to expect. Last year no breakfast but this year breakfast was available. Good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. All staff was friendly and professional. Nothing bad to say and will be staying here next year. My aunt and uncle live across the street!

No elevators if room was on the second floor

The Breakfast was good . The food was hot, fresh and tasty. There was a nice variety at each service. The selections were almost the same everyday. The regular attendant was very present. If something ran low she refilled it immediately. The day she was off was a bit different things were low and slowly refilled.

not enough variance from day to day each day was scrambled eggs, cheese sauce, and sausage enhanced by bagels muffins, waffle machine. Juices, yogurts.

Good service from all the staffs. Good breakfast. Many parking lots. Easy access from everywhere. Near with many restaurant, supermarket and many shops. Free wifi. Hot water and AC, microwave, refrigerator and laundry machines are available.

Another customers sometimes not follow the general rule. Make noise and disturb another person.

Although the rooms are a bit dated, the overall facility is in great, comfortable, clean, and well managed. It is located in the closet town to Valley of Fire and Lake Mead, and it is an ideal location to stay for visiting those sites (although not close to Lake Mead at all).

Understandably, breakfast service is on hold during this time for health reasons and our room didn't have outlets conveniently located and limited. Bring an extension cable / strip to facilitate connecting laptop or rechargeable items without disconnecting the TV or alarm :-) Also, check in ours are limited to 3-9pm. Would be ideal to be more flexible with check in time for those traveling far distances.
