Amazing ice machine, nice pool

Room does not have a mini fridge or add alarm clock or a TV channel guide

Facilities were awesome the room was excellent got a deluxe room this time and it was amazing with the fridge take my family to settle west every Fourth of July had an amazing time

There was nothing not to like I always have a blast when I go to settle west it’s my number one go to hotel in Pahrump Nevada I would choose settle west over Airbnb and any other casino in Pahrump

very comfortable beds, pool looked great, but i wish the hours it was open were longer. i was not able to try it. Clean bathrooms and rooms. very homey and sweet decor. it was a quick overnight but we were very comfy and felt well-rested. Nice and quiet area.

Bathroom was a bit outdated. Bath could be updated to a luxurious spa and the whole experience would have been bliss. Longer pool hours so late-night travelers can take a refreshing dip. Easier way to grab a little to eat would have been nice.

The check in process was excellent we had an extra guest staying with us so at check in we filled out the guest registration for all 3 of us and we requested a handicapped accessible room and was accommodated, our entire stay was above excellent. Our room attendant Silvia is AWESOME our room looked brand new when she was done with it

Checkout was confusing, the woman that checked us out was rude, she seemed upset that we had an extra guest and that we were accommodated with a handicapped accessible room, we were told that we had to let booking.com know about our extra guest which I did prior to our stay and was informed to call the property which I did and was told it was not a problem we just had to let them know at check in. I’m not sure where the disconnect was, we registered all 3 of us. How is it that everyone there during our stay was absolutely awesome but the woman at checkout was not. She ruined what was a great stay at a very nice property with excellent staff but her rudeness ruined it.

The room was very clean. The gardens near my room "Chuckwagon" were beautiful. It was a good stay.

Could have used more parking closer to room.(Where I stayed sometimes I had to park further away then I wanted. Single women traveling alone. Front desk is inside of casino and that area was really filled with cigarette smoke. Better ventilation.

The room was very clean and I had a view of the mtns. past the parking lot. I had great fish and chips at their restaurant(not greasy and not heavily breaded). Parking was easy as was access to my room.

I would have rated it exceptional, but for one thing. Some places feel the need to spray these toxic chemicals in the name of freshening the room. I opened both windows for a long period of time and still had a stuffed nose and my eyes were burning from whatever spray they used. People do have allergies, especially older ones, and even if they don't have allergies that spray is nasty. I did bring this up to the staff on check out and they said they would ask them not to spray as heavily(don't spray at all).

It was very close to exceptional as you would get in a 200 dollar a night motel...clean big rooms. Comfortable beds. That's what I care about...sometimes you don't get even that in big pricey rooms. It is highly recommended by my wife and self.

Walking through the casino to the registration desk was very difficult as I'm a non-smoker and the casino was just filled with smoke. The same is true for the next morning when I went to the restaurant for breakfast, walking through the casino was difficult

my room was excellent, comfy, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable....

the check-in process was slow and they wouldn't split the bill between the two of us,, the clerk said that they could not take two credit cards.... plus ... the check-in desk is in the casino where smoking is allowed... the casino smells of old cigarettes....

The room was clean. the maid was very nice since I forgot to put the "Do not disturb sign out". The only negative ,but not really that bad, since it was Spring was we had a West facing room.
