Hilton Garden Inn Wayne

I loved everything about this hotel!! From the warm, friendly staff to the cleanliness, I have absolutely no complaints only compliments!! The hotel is very close to the city (NYC) only a half hour ride for those that are looking for an affordable place to stay near the city. My family and I did the American Dream Mall for the weekend. The drive from the hotel to the mall was only 25 minutes. The breakfast was great and so was the waiter Reno! Housekeeping does a superb job cleaning this place. I normally stay at only 4 & 5 star hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn in Wayne, NJ should be recognized as a 4 or 5 star hotel. I've been to some pricy hotels over the years that were not as clean and the staff was not as warm and pleasant as the staff here. Book your stay here, this hotel will NOT DISAPPOINT!!

The property is super clean. It had nice amenities including an on-site restaurant and the food was great! They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The gym was nice and had a peloton bike which was a nice touch for those with accounts. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

The room is was very comfortable and clean.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included and was surprised by the $60 charge for breakfast.

Buffet Breakfast was fantastic and the staff working it were phenomenal. Staff at front desk were always helpful and pleasant. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious and quiet.

Hot tub foam had some brown color to it. However, pool/whirlpool cleanliness were better than most places we have stayed. Had to see front desk for key to pool/hot tub. Loud screaming kids in pool at 1000 PM - while adults were trying to enjoy hot tub. However, not so much the hotel's problem but rather disrespectful parenting. Ordered room service and had a room service charge (not sure what it was for but...).

The Hilton Garden Inn is set back away from the main road, so very quiet. The staff was wonderful, their in-house restaurant was excellent and the room was very clean. I’ll definitely stay there again.

After a long road trip, only downside is there’s no room service; understandable due to pandemic. But, the restaurant called us when our dinner was ready and my husband went downstairs to get it.

The gentleman at the front desk , his name was Donald, was very helpful, whenever I passed the desk, he always asked if there was anything I may need help with or does everything meet our satisfaction. What a pleasant man .

Appeared to be a newer property, pleasantly decorated, helpful staff, sort of suburban, pretty quiet, and just a block or two from ice rink (our reason for being there).

Pretty much required ground transport (car, Lyft, cab) to get by. We got impression hotel van was not available for guest transport. On premise dining quite limited in scope, especially for dinner.

Very comfortable bed. Good size room and bathroom. Food was good at the Bar and Grill. Overall liked the room and size of dresser. Nice place. I would recommend this place and stay here again

The garbage was never emptied during my stay. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Bed not made. Fresh towels would have been nice.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were also very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. Staff was helpful. Overall a great 5 night stay!

Would have liked complementary breakfast but in the end everything else surpassed expectations.

This is a beautiful, very clean property. The room was quite large and very comfortable and inviting. The staff were good. The amenities also looked nice, though I did not have the time to enjoy them.

The price is a little high, but may be worthwhile.
